DOUGH PREPARATION :
Wheat flour Half kg
Ghee 50 grams 1 cup
Ghee 250 grams to be kept in fridge.
Sugar 50 grams
Water 300 ml
Salt 1 TS
For Veg Inside stuffing
Beans 100 grams
Carrot 100 grams
Capsicum 1000 grams
Chopped onions 100 grams
Cabbage 100 grams’Green chillies 1 small cup
Dhanya powder 1 spoon
Salt as per requirement
Oil 20 to 30 ml
Turmeric powder half spoon
Garam masala 1 spoon

It’s a great effort to make a healthy version puff but the reality is fat is fat be it ghee or dalda. Also one shouldn’t look at nutrition while enjoying bakery items. It’s okay to do once in a while. Saying that though video is good and efforts are appreciated
