@@ItMeJayB I live in California and for as much as California and the people claim that we want to be environmentally friendly and reduce our carbon footprint, the public transportation is borderline unusable... I know many people that move here from other places were public transportation that they do not know how to drive and it makes it moving here even more difficult ... right now on a new coworker moved from Korea and I am teaching him to drive because he never had a need to learn until moving here

When I lived in Seattle it was quite nice. Tons of busses, ferries, trains etc. Shame it’s not that high quality everywhere.

No you don’t… some universities require proof of standardized testing but most community colleges do not require it.
