I had always thought I was weird, because ever since I was a baby I have always loved the sound of washing machines, hairdryers, vacum cleaners etc, they make me so relaxed and sleepy. I'm so glad I'm not alone ☺

Just go to the last 20 mins or something, so that you can fall asleep and the video will end in 5 minutes approximately.
I couldnt tell how many times I watched this video by now. I use it everyday for over 3 years to get good sleep, since I used to fall asleep next tp the washing machine as a child already. So thank you very much for uploading this masterpiece.

As a kid I used to fall asleep next to our twin-tub washing machine.
Then when my kids came along, I used to fall asleep in our kitchen next to our washing machine while getting them to sleep.
And 20 years later, suffering from insomnia, I find this on YT, and I've had the best sleeps in ages.

The best reasons i can think of why people like this is..
A. Its a reminder of being in the womb, the glass is shaped like a pregnant stomach from the babys prespective filled with water and surrounded by the sped up sounds of constant white noise vibration.
B. The concept and satisfaction of something 'dirty' being 'cleaned' 'renewed' 'refreshed' in a powerful and interesting way.
C. The power builds your anticipation and feeling that the machine is running at its limit and that it could possibly 'take off' or even explode at any given second.
D. Its like you can get up close with a front row seat to witness the confined and controlled violence and drama happening to the clothes.
Whatever it is its bliss.
Imagine the electricity bill if it wasnt just a copy paste video lol

Lol an average washing machine motor uses about 500 watts or 0.5kwh in spin mode, so running for 12 hours gives 6kwh, that's equalent to a 100w incandescent light bulb running for 60 hours

My AEG Lavamat Turbo has an Interval spin dry sequence (IVSD).
There are sites like Listen on Repeat that let you do just that :)
look up youtube looper, you should find a site where you look up a video and choose what part you wish to loop. no ads!
