Hi Priscilla, could you introduce more about lactose intolerance as it is quite common among Asian women and is there a way to cure it? I did little research before and found a probiotics may alleviate the situation of lacking of lactase. Hope you can talk about it as a new topic? Thanks

原來營養師媽媽Priscilla 靚左是有原因的, 我最近都有在家中做超慢跑30分鐘及伸展運動30分鐘, 因為五月底在街仆倒, 雙膝落地, 休息了兩個月, 現在仍然每星期一次針灸及復位, 好像身體在告訴自己注意健康喔! 所以才有動力, 很喜歡Priscilla您說一句 "運動是愛惜自己", 大家加油!!!

朝早瞓醒八段錦,中午急步行,放工就室內單車/超慢跑
原來Piscellia 和我在同一city😊 我年初退休後也買了個year pass.現一星期做cardio session 四次,aquafit 兩次,另zumba, yoga 和羽毛球。在家都會開張mat 做下D伸展運動。也會在gym 做器械增肌。個Gym pass 真是很抵啊!

多謝分享👍我最近幾年開始有定期運動習慣,主要一星期3至4天到公園慢跑和跳繩各10分鐘左右,還有每天在家中做伸展運動15分鐘。。。運動是愛惜自己~十分同意😍
我在英國都經常攀石。攀石是個有益身心的運動!
