Sir am a bca graduate having offers from tcs wipro infosys mphasis atos.... Am confused of which to join...wipro and mphasis is providing mtech degree whereas others r providing only work
Wipro has huge bond if I recall. Which is disadvantage at this time. Not sure about Mphasis.
Always good to start with infy. In the beginning, you will get support projects but that's not big deal if you can learn by yourself.
To continue studies, you can do it from anywhere. But you must not make that secondry

Go with Wipro. its atleast 4 time the size of LTI. However May be you need to pay attention to Big data world at the moement more than Company.

Many companies in IT reduce the salary to basic salary if you do not get project within their expected time window. But that shouldn't happen these days due to high attrition. These are not normal times

Frankly, I have not studied fujitsu in detail. And thats a homework for me. So not in a position to give my preference. Sorry for that.

Avoid bond. It doesn't make sense in today's times.

assuming the offers are same, TCS has higher brand value. If TCS is paying as good as others, i would put my money on that.
But normally TCS doesn't pay what others pay. in that case if the difference is bigger , Accenture is second best.

There will always be some contradictions with every company. You have to choose which suits you... whichever company you choose but what you do after that, that's more important...

As a fresher, you don't get to choose skills, projects, or domain. Most likely in all 3 , you will start on support role.
CTS is showing some change lately. And employees are benefiting. And it also has lowest notice period , that will help find a new job quicker if you don't like it.

This is tricky question:
Mindtree is usual IT company but Simens Gamesa is into renewable energy mainly wind. Siemens is a good brand however IT will be a support function. being support function, it would be easy place, relaxed work. but that leads to slow individual growth.
on the other hand, Mindtree is usual IT player you've already watched video about.
So the choice is, are you happy being in IT industry or you want bit easy place.

the real confusion is between TCS and LTI. as the gap is good 40%. others i wouldn't mind leaving for TCS brand. joining in any name, doesn't gaurantee a great profile. TCS has higher brand value which comes handy lifetime.
Starting with LTI means, in next 5-7 years you would want to join one of big boys like infy, tcs, Accenture at a higher salary and profile.
so the comparision seems even LTI salary vs TCS brand value.
So if you are okay to take control of learning, maybe i am in favor of LTI in your case.
However please beware of IT business model and some mistakes employees make. I have covered that all in the channel.
Amdocs or Mphasis for experienced please suggest..Mphasis is paying little bit more (very less diff)

Wipro is much better than Virtusa.
1 year bond is not big deal, so ignore that. please be mindful of some mistakes i listed "Biggest Mistakes"
@@BingeLearn Sir help me in deciding one more thing, I am in a dilemma now, why beacuse it has been 3 days i joined Virtusa(on-boarded) and yesterday itself i got the Letter Of Intent from wipro and I did submitted the BGV documents as well to the wipro, but dont know when i may get the offer letter and joining date. people starting from smaller companies tend to gain more skills in less time. You have already joined Virtusa, Focus on building core skills, avoid mistake i listed on another video, ... its not 100 meter race but a marathon... sincere, determind, and hardworking guy go longer and higher irrespective of where you start from

starting with TCS is better option however their are downsides also. check my channel, you will find some videos around tcs , skills or general insights on IT. As it is such a big company easy to be lost in the crowd or not finding right project, skill can happen. you will have to stay focused and set your direction. else others will control the narrative

if there is bond, it would be there in your offer letter and you will accept that.
Xoriant has some good feedback i can read. if you have no problem starting with smaller brand, you can be bit brave and go for xoriant.
Besides that capagemini is the best bet.

Freshers need a stage. Any company which gives a start is a good company. good or bad is a relative term . Whats important is when you start with Mphasis, whats your aim.

TCS is best bet ignoring the bonus component of Wipro and higher salary of Virtusa. I have done a ranking video, do check that please.

Why ?
starting from smaller companies, your target is to go to bigger IT company first before making a bigger jump to something like FAANG... from bigger companies, you aim for these companies if you have good learning. Again its not always true and depends on individual. but in most cases, this becomes two step process

both are similar. But you shouldn't really worry at the moment. Java is good skills. choose the offer which is higher. if both are same, I would pick Mphasis due to little better brand appeal. but difference is not much....

LTI is better to me. It's growing fast. They acquired mindtree also last year. But frankly your skills are more important in.mid size companies. If you have good skis, you are good in both.

from TCS , ATOS would be similar place in size and treatment. Mphaisis would be bit demanding. as you are still young, so nothing wrong with Mphasis also.
Hyderabad or Pune , you will have to choose a place of your choice. that is bigger aspect for you .

joining wipro keeps you in the big league though i do not find Wipro very appealing. however downside is, you might start with customer support projects. if you can take control of your learning and future, it should be good.
Starting with mphasis can have some benifits. normally these companies push you hard. that adds to learning aspects. Projects size is smaller, so you are on the move always. The downside is, you might have to constantly move on projects..

As long as dev concepts are clear. there is no problem.
not everyone is doing fresh developement. so just relax. even if so, you will handle it.
at your exp i am inclined towards mphasis.
as an advice, if you don't know cloud. get used to it. there is no future without it.

i think Cognizant is a good name for freshers. So you don't need to worry. Even Mindtree is not bad either. So you already have a backup...good thing about CTS is, they don't have bond . So in case you don't find it appealing you always have exit available.
First choice is CTS.

you have asked so many questions. So my answer is "It depends".
If you work on your skills, and do not rely on company for your career. you will do great. But if you don't, even if it is best company, things wont be easy. You focus should be on skills, knowledge.
I have got offers from HCL and LTI and HCL has mentioned probation period of 12 months so which company to go for. Please let me know.

I think HCL offers better value proposition comparatively.. Probation isn't really a big deal.. in last 3-4 years HCL has really done well.

hyper demand cycle is cooling off. and in next couple of years things might be not as easy. so go for good companies . TCS is right place. also for work life balance however that will depend on project.

i think IBM would be right choice in terms of brand value also work life balance. in mindtree you will be working in smaller projects leading to faster learning. but that sometime leads to frustation also bcause you don't get enough time to settle. If you can take control of your leaning and upskilling, IBM is better place.

if you like bit easy place its HCL
Else virtusa. Salary difference is not much,. My own feeling is starting with Virtusa might be better for learning. HCL is never known for great training and projects initially.

I have experience of 4 years . I have an offer from Cognizant and another offer from Mphasis (more salary) . Would it be a bad decision to join Mphasis ?
At 4 years exp, I think you can take higher salary as option. The other reason is, at the moment in Cognizant, there is 37% attrition which means negativity in internal discussions.
Be mindful please, you can expect smaller projects...and bit of extra work but that will depend on project...

For studies you need time, you get more time in bigger companies. So Cognizant.

Orange is French name & very safe place... learning you will have to take that in your control...and increments will be timely but career progression might be slow... if you are fresher, max 2 year is enough.

Hi Sir, I am currently working in CTS, got offers from Infosys and LTI. LTI's offer is about 80K more. Having 10 years of experience. Variable of infy is 15% whereas in LTI is 10%. Profile Automation testing. Which one to join??
Obviously Infosys. 80k is small amount . That means hardly 4k-5k difference in net salary. And 5% extra variable is not big either..

Hi Sir...I have 12+ yrs of experience in Testing and 8 yrs of ETL testing. .having the offer at LTI (23.5 fixed) and in a small start up company at 24 fixed...but total CTC is more in LTI compared to other small company ..LTI is offering direct onsite opportunity as well at Gulf and the interview was taken for that only...due to pandemic, am not sure how soon that will be...which one I can choose ..pls suggest..

on startup, if startup is profitable and business model is exciting, you can expect huge growth opportunity. you can make full use of that if you are very aggressive and confident. else skip it.

People can do strange things. There is nothing wrong with the company. At 6 years exp if you are getting 15 lpa offer, that means you are getting 8-9 lpa.
Looking at market conditions you should change. No company will do anything wrong for next 2 years .
However mainframe is getting old, I would suggest you take next 2 years to build skills for future.

mindtree is IT company but Optum is not. Its in healthcare domain. the choice is , do you want to stay in IT ?

There is a reason company is willing to pay you this package. So I don't think you should really worry if it's company A or B. The difference could be, bit of easy workplace at ATOS and Better client engagements.

It depends on what level you are. At level 10, it's 15%. At level 9 it's 18%. So it depends... if you are on bench for long time , variable pay can be impacted. For past 3 years and next 2 years atleast they are paying 100%

to answer your question, i am hoping in Mindtree you will be part of CoE in DevOps role. Did you check with them ? if true, you will get to work with various projects, which means working on various aspects. however you know you might have to sacrifice some comfort. because TCSers work in comfort.
Capgemini seems be a good choice if you want same work environment. both for growth and work nature.

As it is such a big company easy to be lost in the crowd or not finding right project, skill can happen. you will have to stay focussed and set your direction. else others will control the narrative

@@ganeshraaj5741 if you have good command on Java basics, you would be able to handle it . You are still a fresher so you still have learning time available. I think CGI seems a decent choice. But if you are a developer, and want to work in fast paced small projects , you might be better off in LTI.
