hey chaos, i got a question, how can i add properly texture to a topology surface, when I add them it appears all scrambled because the topology is al triangulated
With what program do you make such trees? Where do you get the models? And the last question, with which program did you make visible trees only a render? )))
in the tab of vay render ex. interactive render, batch render, etc. you will find 1 option there o export vray vrmesh. just download trees > open in skp > export vrmesh
As Xavier Alex already mentioned, you can export regular mesh geometry as V-Ray Proxy files (.vrmesh) and load them back into your project. For more info, please check docs.chaosgroup.com/display/VNFS/Proxy+Mesh Additionally, you can find the assets used in this video packed together with the scene linked in the description.
I think you don't quite understand what dpi is. Coz it's really irrelevant as it is dependent on size of screens. For eg: the same picture of 1000*2000 resolution can have different dpi based on size of screens. So that's why you won't see the option to set dpi in Vray or any rendering software.
@@firstnamelastname061 thanks for your reply. But i still remember after rendering in vray and saving as Tiff, we used to get option to set the resolution of the saved image. But now it's not showing. In other words, please help me to understand how can we save render image for print. Thanks
@@rsfas_2023 I use it but I have 2 problems: First they lose their colors and you have to find it, sometime I dont find colors of proxy (like a butterfly) Second, when I Hide them in layer, I dont see them in render. DO you have so response Ristake? Thanks so much

What does this means?
Upgrading V-Ray components.
This file will not work with previous versions of V-Ray for SketchUp.
this is VRAY is 3.6 maybe the one you are using vray next 4 above,
how to activate it so that when rendering a grid appears like in the video at 5:41 minutes?
Thank You
I think it's due to rendering options you choose, like presets etc
Thanks for the tutorial.
I have a small query, i.e., after render done how to save rendered image in 300 dpi resolution.
Thanks.

How he can have the tree in render and not in screen? I Lag so much :/
Christopher Fernandes its called proxy, yes it can reduce your memory to work with.
