As a Kenyan out here in France this breaks my heart because I know the difficulties we face living in diaspora, some of which I share in myvideos to enlighten those moving abroad. How I wish she could have reached out for help as soon as the threats started. May God comfort her family and give them peace.

The family should contact ministry of Foreign Affairs to follow up with the Kenya Embassy in Ireland who will liaise with the Irish Authorities to assist in finding out the truth of her death.

I have lived in Ireland for over 10yrs, this is so sad. My question is when did the girl die, what was the boyfriend name, where did she lived exactly if possible address? I’m willing to call the Garda ( police) on behalf of the family to just see why has nothing been done regarding her death or if anything has been done what happened? Please include the full name of the deceased. May she rest in peace. 😢

It's good to identify a few friends who become family...yo eat with, yo talk with & to share any disturbing thoughts/threats. I really pray that people living abroad could find a safe circle to share such threats with, freely without fear of judgement or discrimination.🙏 No mother should have to deal with such news from a country so far away, without clarity of the circumstances under which their child died. Have you contacted the Kenyan embassy in Ireland to reach out to the Irish authorities for an official account of the events that transpired in this case? If someone was threatening her, did she call the police to report such threats? Ireland is not Somalia or Syria. This might seem callous or cold hearted but suicide is a very personal matter and only the victim truly knows the depths of their despair and misery to result to such drastic action. In some cases of suicide, the person goes to great lengths to try and conceal the fact that they ended their own life because of the guilt and shame associated with suicide. Denial is part of the grieving process. I’m more than confident that the Irish authorities are competent enough to distinguish a suicide from a homicide case. Of course the family would like to think their kin was murdered. That’s why it is important you seek an official account of events from the Irish authorities to clear up the matter

That will make it easier for you. Also liaise with the Kenyan Embassy in a Ireland to assist, and contact the local leaders to help. May God give you strength. 🙏🏽
