Thnx for sharing ur biji's recipe unique and very homely....... The way u explains every step of cooking is certainly amazing, love to watch ur all videos and even spread amonst all the known ones
You are a truly gifted individual. What I particularly love is the fact that you've unlocked the science behind most of your culinary choices, which is just fabulous to listen to when you describe it. Keep doing what you do, more power to you!
Not only science but culture and history in a subtle way. Watch his video on Sev Tamatar a very basic dish of Gujarat and M.P and how beautifully he added mughal angle In it. Only Ranbeer Pra could do it. 👌
I love the home cook recipes. You're the only professional chef I've seen who is simplifying cooking and making me love the process. Thank you. Please continue to make such videos and let your individual style continue. I really appreciate your different approach.
Ranveer Brar is the best chef and he's my teacher ...he gave me the blessings of art of cooking ! I never thought I would ever cook so well because now I understand ingredients ,flavour profiles and what not :) thabkyou
Ranveer ji aise hi log apko best chef nhi Kahte , This lauki kofta was out of the world.Everyone asked for the recipe ,I proudly told that you're the same person we recently saw on The Kapil Sharma Show.I live in America and whenever I see people like you I feel more proud on Our India. The way you give tips in every recipe is amazing. When I added soaked chana dal in kofta , it enhanced the flavor. My mom thought it's Cashews inside 😀.My husband Really enjoys the session where you shares history related to the dish.Keep spreading love and keep making such amazing ghar ka Khana videos. ❤️
Lauki Kofta recipe is really tasty. My husband does not like Lauki ki sabji but he loved this Kofta dish so much when I made it the first time that he keeps asking me to make it over and over again. The way Ranveer's expressions throughout the video is so awesome and his comments about his Biji's tricks makes the recipes look more authentic! He is just so natural. We absolutely love this tasty Kofta recipe. Thank you Ranveer.
India's diversity has a lot to do with many things that came to India from all parts of the world and we accepted it with please without discriminating anyone... that's the beauty of our country which we should preserve...
Its a story, i loved cooking when I saw your videos and it’s almost 10 years of marriage but wasn’t not much into it as I didn’t had passion for this : but later as the years passed I got depressed and was pushed in kitchen and when I tried to over come my long depression I took your videos to create the new things and one of my fav hara Bhara kebab ; everyone now is like I am the good food destination to them . I am a CA but now I am totally cook at home but love it . Thank you sir, my respect to you from a student 🙏
The kofta is the true gem of this recipe. Super delicious on its own. I was so tempted to finish the whole plate of them, then i remembered what i was actually making.
Love the way you brief us about the history of the dish and the veggies chef !!! The historical aspects of food ❤🙏 It's a bliss watching your videos ..
It’s so lovely to know simple things as to where Lauki actually originally came from! It’s so interesting to learn where foods originated!Thank you Ranveer Brar! And this recipe reminded me of my mother’s cooking. She made Lauki Kofta exactly like this. Thank you for bringing my mother back to me.
I remember my Nana's food the same way...the taste and the memories never the presentation (old school never even did the presentation things at home). He passed away long time back but the taste of his cooked food still lingers on our tongues..love him and you too for such nice words Ty
