With not much of oil and masalas, the recipe turned out to be very tasty. We had with simple plain rice. Thanks once again..keep rocking

लौकी आज पकड़ आई!!छीला किसा और कस के इतना निचोड़ा याद रखेगी! बेसन मे डुबा कर कोप्ता बना दिया! मसालों का रंग देके गोल बनाया!मसाले भून के स्वाद को बढ़ा कर ग्रेवी मे छोड़ा मारे खुशी से तैरने लगे!कोपतो की रग रग मे मसालों की महक!और चटपटा स्वाद 😋लौकी की रंगत ही बदल दी!लजीज़ व्यंजन बनाके!लौकी से परहेज करने वाला भी बार बार खायेगा!😂
