Why does mine seem to move slow and not crawl the walls like yours? I have an above ground coleman pool with flowclear pump (what came with). What am i doing wrong?
I have a bestway pool and try this machine but the connection to the inlet does not stay , every time I turn the pump on it pushes the connection out , is there an adapter or something I need to make it work ?

Seems like there's a trend with the wheels not turning anymore, hence the brushes don't turn. It has water flow, but no go...great sadness! I'm going to take the wheels off and see what is wrong. The wheels are stubborn to turn. If you have any other ideas...please share.
check to see if the drive belt is broken-happened to me and they are NOT replaceable so I have to buy a whole new unit-not a happy camper! All my pool items are INTEX!

So, it turned out that I had forgotten to take a block off the return filter...lol...also those little black disk are important steering mechanisms. Otherwise, it just goes back and forth over the same area. Arg.

My robot won't go down. All it does once it climbs the wall is just stay up, wheels spinning but won't go down. Pool walls are clean. Pool pump is 1½ hp.

Same here, and was really annoyed. Mine also has water pouring out when I pull out but in the video it doesn’t. Someone in this thread told me to flip the machine before I turned it off and then take it out. I’ve had to try to take it out and placing a net under so if it does come out it goes into the net. It is very annoying watching all the rubbish go back into the pool and since hardly anyone else has an issue, must be us!

What we do. Is get it almost out of the water and flip it upside down in the water. Then we turn off pump. Then only after we take it out of the water. So we don't break the suction action.Good luck
Pro tip. Have it suction to the last minute that u pick it up. Then flip it inside pool. Turn off. Then take it out. There's a trick to take out when is full. Because sometimes debris and leafs are not fully in the basket. This has helped us. In those certain cases. But we do it all the time just to avoid guessing. Good luck.
@@StatUpBox I turned it off, flipped it and then took it out last time but still saw debris. I’ve made sure the flap opens the opposite way to which I lift it out and resorted to trying to have the pool net underneath it too. I think removing it is definitely a two person job! Thankfully it takes more debris out than ends up back in when removing it! Thank you for your help.
We use it in a Summer Waves pool. You can practically use it in any kind of pool. Just need to add or replace adapter connection to a Intex connector. Here we have a video ruclips.net/video/BxQiDD-oyh0/видео.html
Where the filter meets the vacuum. Should be a clear white rubber gasket that goes around the mesh filter. There could be something that's preventing the filter seal to sit flat. Or maybe any bends on the filter. Or any holes on the mesh. Because if it sits flush. Should not leak.any debris out. Do you have the little brushes connected? or all are intact?

I have a 24x16 and I did not cut the hose. I did on the previous model and it was too short. It works great the way it is now.

I run it on filter. I only use waste if manually vacuuming. If you run this on waste you're going to lose too much water.

Everytime I try to get the cleaner out of the pool, some of the debris falls back in. Is this normal or is mine faulty.

Some things to look for. Is it connected to outlet? . Where water comes out from filter. Are the seals straight? Any gaps between filter and housing?
