My first time Kayaking and this Kayak held strong. ruclips.net/user/postUgkx4k5UrhC3v_Y4hIEaXLGvHcN5a5aBmZNB The water got pretty rough as a speed boat zipped by me, and the Kayak withstood it (I expected to be capsized). The Ores are very easy to put together, the pump worked beautifully. the seats are a bit hard to sit in after a while (I recommend sitting on the floor). after reading the reviews I was very scared it'd get a hole in it, the material is very strong and durable. The Air valve may need a small Phillips head screwdriver to adjust, other than that, it's well worth the money!(update)I've gone Kayaking in 3 Lakes and 2 rivers totaling about 40 miles. the kayak had two holes and they patched easily and no other problems can't wait for kayaking season this year!
Rich, awesome sportsmanship you are for the fishing community. You stay true to who you are and follow the Fishaholic vibe way back from when you started. Back from NJ. Hey its getting cold up here! Haha
I was thinking shark before you knew what it was but didn't know if it actually would go after a topwater. Well done with the release of the shark and for picking up the trash! Not many would do either. Great video!
Those circle hooks are something to get use to if your always using J hooks. I seen you setting into it each time you had a bite in this film. Try pointing your rod down and just reeling. I did the same for a while. Good vids though of my home town. Taylor creek is always stacked with snook. The snook sun in there alot. That's what you spooked under the smaller bridge.
Props brotha! Another vid of you going above and beyond helping release that shark as best as you can. To bring it to the beach when most when would have simply cut off. Nicely done sir! 👏
My son is a fan of your channel, I know it’s a long shot but we are from Colorado and are down here in the Keys for Vacation. Will you be out and about tomorrow potentially we could bring him to meet you?
For quite awhile I've never er paid attention where you are from but always thought the river and IR lagoon spots you fish looked very familiar. Then I heard you say st lucie inlet and realized your local to me in PSL. Love the channel, keep up the great content
I thought that it mght be a shark. I have brought 2 6 foot sharks to the boat while fishing for grouper. Using a medium heavy rod, 4000 spinning real, and 20-pound braid, they took about 30 minutes to bring to the boat, before cutting the line. Arms were shot. Sharks can rip off drag like they were on their way to Mexico. I fish in the Gulf. Really like your videos.
I'm heading to Sebastian next week for a month of fishing. I've had it with the Gulf side. This is exciting, though I'm not liking the idea of hooking a bull shark on my inflatable.
Bull Shark on a Rapala , nice day on the water . Gator Blues are still up here in the bays on NYC . I have a question about the Vissor you use Im interested in one an I get mixed reviews online. Jus wanted to get you opinion. I do mostly shore fishing. Beach , Jetty , piers . I do get in the water with my waders
Rich, are those the Astral loyak shoes? Was looking at a pair the other day. They were super comfortable in the store but usual with water shoes they rub like crazy on the ankles once they’re wet/sweaty. Wondering your experience with them and if you think they’re worth the $100 or so. Great video as always man! 🤙🏼
Would J hooks work better for the boney mouth. I know we use circle hooks on catfish but for flatheads we use J hook’s because because you can set the hook into the bone.
I love your videos, always make me feel like i’m out on the water. Where do you get the hyperelastic swim baits from? I have checked my local bass pro and they don’t have them.
Hey, fishaholic I was wondering what I should look for in a kayak? And whether you think a peddle would really make it better? I’m looking to buy a kayak since I think the kayak fishing would be much better in my area and let me get on some cool adventures, thanks
hey man you lost a couple good ones because you're setting the hook with circle hooks all you have to do is reel in if you wanna set the hook use j hooks but good stuff bro nice video.
If that was a bull shark, it would have been better to leave him on the bank to die. Bull sharks have been known to attack humans swimming in a river, near a bridge. I like how you catch and release, but a bull shark isn't one to do that with.
He’s a sport fisherman. He doesn’t fish for food. Probably keeps 1-2% of the catch by volume. It’s not good for the fishery in most cases for elite fishermen to keep fish.
@@markrosenquist8259 no he doesn't. me keeps a tiny fraction of the fish he catches. he's not keeping "slot snook." don't promote that shit. don't keep gamefish unless you're genuinely hungry, in which case buying a few grand worth of fishing gear isn't a good way to get a meal.
@@Peter-zg3em not promoting anything. All I stated was he keeps some fish. I’ve seen him keep snapper, flounder and other species. I never said he kept a slot snook. Again I’m not promoting anything!!!

Great job getting your lure out of the Sharks mouth and releasing him. Not a lot of people would take the time to do that. Very cool! 🤙
Those rapalas aren’t cheap brother, I’d take it back from the shark too. 😂
@@edwinhernandez6421 Haha! Very true
Nothings cheap. That's why people fish from kayaks.
spoiled the video
@@animetrash9110 Haha! Maybe you should watch the video before you read the comments 😂🤦🏼♂️
I give you a lot of credit for the way you handled the shark 👍 Shows a lot of respect for wildlife
absolute ace angler!
It should be the norm to treat wildlife like that tbh
Thank you for picking up the trash.....I always do the same here in the Charleston water areas.
Rich, awesome sportsmanship you are for the fishing community. You stay true to who you are and follow the Fishaholic vibe way back from when you started. Back from NJ. Hey its getting cold up here! Haha
When Saddlebag Lake in Ca. got drained to fix the dam, I found so many lures, it took me 3 years to lose them all again...
Rich: Just caught a Bull Shark. Now I'll try for a Snook.
Me: 😳
I was thinking shark before you knew what it was but didn't know if it actually would go after a topwater. Well done with the release of the shark and for picking up the trash! Not many would do either. Great video!
It cracks me up when the rod bends in half and you nonchalantly say "there's another fish". 😆
Admire your release of that shark and grabbing the trash out of the creek. One great striper bait going on in Raritan Bay right now Rich. Come on up!
Mad respect for landing that shark and putting out the lure before releasing it!
Watching your videos over 2 years, I learned a lot of, thank you!

Solid Shark 🎣🔥💪... Good to see you released back safely.. Good sport ❤️👏..
enjoyed watching lovely video 😍👍
Good landing on that bull! Cool of you taking the hook out!
Looked like there was a lot of life in that canal that day definitely worth going back
Wow great release of that Bull shark. Very impressive.
Your fishing is top notch brother. I really like yours here in Brazil
I absolutely enjoy your channel and have not seen this video yet but 👍I know it's going to be good big thumbs up 👍 just watching some older videos
So many posts in the last couple of days keep up the great work and the great content ❤

Let’s go movie time 🍿
Helluva job with that shark man. Nice work!
Another great video. Your content is amazing, I don't know how you do it, your hard work shows.
Please post again we all want a post😭
Bold release on that shark!
Nice job on the shark release. If you keep finding lures you won't have to buy any for a while, lol. Great video

Amazing job getting that hook out and getting the shark back, most people would’ve cut the line and called it a day.

Too cool Rich. Never stop
Again, your videos are great fun.
NICE, great action !!
Try some big j hooks seem to work for me. Just really gotta set that hook when u get the chance

Nice bull shark!
6 ft Bull shark up local canal, yikes! Great vid
Great release!
perfect spot at the Fort!
Good release on that shark!
W fisherman! I actively fish for sharks and iv taken many hooks there were not on my line out of a sharks mouth.
Awesome video rich!
I know catching that bull shark is kinda a pain in the ass but it is interesting seeing you catch them and what’s hanging out in the river
Great as always! Did you get the pliers you left by the rudder?!

Why not put your canoe under the Bear Cut Bridge in Key Biscayne and catch the 200 lb tarpons?
That would be awesome! ;)
Would J hooks work better for the boney mouth. I know we use circle hooks on catfish but for flatheads we use J hook’s because because you can set the hook into the bone.
I'd be terrified of falling out of the kayak even w/o the shark. I'd definitely need a bigger boat
Nice find on the lure
Amazing...brother
wasn't that the lure you found snagged up on a mangrove a couple of videos ago?
Great video
Rich why dont you cast with your left hand?
I love your videos, always make me feel like i’m out on the water. Where do you get the hyperelastic swim baits from? I have checked my local bass pro and they don’t have them.

I’m a jersey guy like you , I’m just now trying lures and advice you have for me ?
All I have to say is...Crevelle Jack. Amber jack. Skip jack. Not jack skip. Jack amber. Jack Crevelle.
I'm just starting trouble 😂
Hello. Where can I purchase that light green spinning rod you use? I see the deep blue one on your other video links, but not that one.

Most of the fish are out of season. Or not slot. He keeps a lot of the fish that are.
