Yep, that CD is the most recent album ,released last year. The song is about the Dreadnought type battleships and the Battle of Jutland in 1916 between the British and German fleets. The H.M.S. Dreadnought was the first of this type, and outclassed all other ships afloat when first put into service in 1906. The U.S.S. Texas is a dreadnought, and is the only one left. Soldier of Heaven and Race to the Sea are both singles from that album that you haven't done yet. You got a pick from Sonia Anubis? NICE!!! She is currently playing with an Cobra Spell, I first heard of her with Burning Witches, both cool bands.
@@fenrisulfur842 The pictures and video clips of them visiting the U.S.S. Texas were edited in near the end of the Sabaton History episode for Dreadnought.
@@fenrisulfur842 Yes, they have vlogs of their American tour on their channel, they visited USS Texas, Arlington, and several other locations. Watch their vlogs, they have a lot of great interplay in them.
Just love this song, the gritty voice of Joakim in the verses reaching new heights, the chorus is simply amazing and the guitar solo makes my whole body shiver....great song, great reaction!
The first ever Dreadnought Battleship was HMS DREADNOUGHT a Royal Navy Battleship. The Dreadnought Class Battleship was a British Design and was the most powerful and biggest Battleship on the planet at that time. The funny thing is the Royal Navy is getting a new British designed nuclear attack submarine and its going to be the most modern and deadliest attack submarine on the planet and it's name is going to be HMS DREADNOUGHT. The new attack class submarines are going to be the Dreadnought Class. It's amazing that we have come back full circle from the most powerful and biggest class Battleship's to the most modern and deadliest attack submarine on the planet with the name Dreadnought. The British, German, french, American all had dreadnoughts during WW1 but they cost so much to build they didn't want to sacrifice them the ship in the picture is the USS Texas the last dreadnought of its kind which I believe is Museum now but they was heavily armoured shipz
I love the driving beat this song has, not to mention the great chorus. We are currently getting heavy snow, 6" so far and more the rest of the day. Great reaction, stay safe, God Bless, keep rocking.
I love me some Sabaton with my breakfast 🤘 I suggested it several times but I’ll do it again En Livstid I Krig. ruclips.net/video/WBs3G1PvyfM/видео.html Great crowd interaction and filmed from stage. Put cc on so you can follow the lyrics. They sing in Swedish.
@@noneofyerbeeswax8194 Showing of, don’t need the subtitles huh. 😉 And now you’ve offended me, by saying it is the only Sabaton song you like. 🤬 Better find a different bunker now, because I am in Alan’s and he loves Sabaton too. ⚰️

The history of both the ship dreadnought as well as the type of ship is a example of the fastest development ever in human history. Yes, faster than today. The ship as well as the type was launched in 1906. It was the the most powerful battleship ever by a marin so absolutly huge that all other natives just scraped there battleship. There was no point in even keeping them. They would not have a chance if they meet dreadnought. So they just scraped there ship and start building even more powerful ships. In 1916, the only major battle between large scale battleship, only 10 years old, dreadnought was considered so old, it was not even allowed to enter the battle. There was no point. It would not have a chanse.

One of my faourites from this album (with 'Christmas Truce' and 'Soldier Of Heaven'). Love the chorus on this one and of course the guitar solo.

The more snow, the better the camouflage for the bunker, and easier to track intruders.
Stay safe and stay warm, hug the puppy for me...God Bless Alan 🎵🎶💜👌from the Souls
This is one of the best songs on the album!
Wolfpack, Midway, Bismarck, Dreadnought...Even Light in the Black to some extent. Sabaton absolutely nails their naval songs.
Great song!!!!!! Thanks 4 reaction!

But if I dig up my old “pipe” and smoke it, I probably will make it to the end. 😉
