Vettel's teamradio on lap 24 'my rears are overheating' basically is him trying to get called into the pits so he wouldn't get undercutted by his teammate. Ferrari left him out untill lap 27, which meant he got behind Charles.

Well technically they did it so that Vettel have an advantage over Hamilton. Ferrari 1 and 2 would help Ferrari in the constructors championship. Since it was a prearranged deal I understand what Ferrari did. But unfortunately Vettel didn’t play along as he didn’t actually need it.

@@BlueflagAlpha The pit crew didn't do anything, Vettel was mad about the swap so he decided to stop. And being as smart as he is he knew if he stopped there Charles wouldn't win. If it really was an MGU-K issue he could have made it to the pit and save the win for Ferrari. In his interview you can obviously see on his face he's happy about Charles finishing 3rd.

To many stupid people don’t understand that Vettel should have given Back the position to Leclerc as they had decide in the pre race briefing, because at the start Lec stayed on the outside Line to give Vettel the wake, while if Lec had closed to the inside he would have given the wake to Hamilton, giving him a Great advantage against Vettel. This however was all in the Ferrari prerace briefing, Leclerc sticked to the plan, Vettel didn’t.
