    Usou apenas areia lavada e nenhum tipo de adubo ou nutrientes. Colheu duas vezes as folhas da cebola, e acredito que esgotou suas reservas não colhendo a terceira. Isso não é agricultura moderna de alta produção. Tem que fornecer algo para receber de volta com lucro.

    Not sure if this method is good. Look at the first lot of containers with the onions already sprouting. Now look at the second show of the supposedly same containers, and they look as if they have been cut to a different height. Sand will dry out quickly in the sun, so no good at all. Use the same idea with 1 part of peat moss + 1 part of vermiculite mixed together in hot water to kill any germs that may be containd in the peat moss, also it will expand. Now mix 6 parts of garden soil with it, then plant the onions as shown. SInce peat moss has already been wet, only spray it when it appears to look dry. Yes, keep it in a sunny location. That's it.

      You forgot about greenhouse effect, where the heat of the container will create moisture to keep the sand soft.

      The caption literally says “growing onions in sand helps them germinate” so I’d say it’s sand being used and not soil.
