I would love to see a smaller home (around 1400 sq. Ft.) 3 bed, 2 bath that has storage, storage, storage. Things like a pantry and coat closet, which you don't typically see in the smaller homes.

Watching this on my big screen as well. I only see four things I would have to add/change. Get rid of the wire shelving. Double depth the shelves in the pantry for wide appliances. The fancy sink in the laundry needs a big utility sink. Finally in the master bath a seat and niches for soap/shampoo. For such a big home price reasonable, fabulous kitchen, and a really great floor plan. Really loved it.

I like individual rooms. Our downstairs other than the office, a bathroom and walk-in pantry is all open. Hard to even figure out where to put furniture. Love the entry way. What fun to swap out decorations depending on the holiday, or season. Love that kitchen! Love all the drawers! Someone has heard my squawking about not enough drawers :) Definitely room for a chest deep freeze in the pantry or if there is enough outlets in the pantry another place to have crock pots going, etc. for a big holiday dinner. I like to see the bigger the better houses as I will never be able to afford one, and then I need to see a single wide now and then that is a really nice one. Around the time I bought my double wide (years ago and since sold), it seemed like every single wise had pretty much the same layout with an incredibly dinky kitchen. I love looking at floor plans of every kind of house. If I had the money to buy a new home, one that is 1500-1600 sq ft would actually do it for me. But those that are way bigger are so much fun to see. Love that closet. I don't care how long your tours are.
Really love this one. Would prefer the kitchen sink in front of the window instead of on the island. I like the solid shelves better than the wire ones so would have those in all of the closets. I live in a 1974 Winston 3 bedroom 1 bath single wide. It needs some repairs but overall is in good shape considering it's age and the way they were made back then. I would consider another home built by Winston just because of mine.
Absolutely gorgeous home with all the amenities, it's cheaper than I thought it would be. I like the wall separating the living area from the entrance way. I like the way they separated all the rooms. That pantry is a nice surprise, it's the biggest & widest I've ever seen! That's the 1st time I've even seen a double sink with a springer faucet in the utility room! Beautiful master tub and shower. That master closet is to die for! I would like to hang out in there. 🙂

I’m loving the entrance and a coat closet right there! The dining room and kitchen set up is really nice. Love the pantry! The stuff I could put in there 😊. I can turn the pantry into a sewing/ crafting room! I’m not feeling the air vents in the floor- a big NO . The bedroom are really a good size! Another big no is the entrance to the main/ master bedroom is on the living room. The main bedroom is very nice! I love the closet. The price is right- I can afford it on my own.

I would love to see triple wide modular homes. We have a large family that spans 3 generations that will be sharing a home.
Wow there's a an outlet for a small freezer in the pantry., good idea except it would cover the floor vent. Love the shower and the window in the closet.

LOVE that pantry! There doesn't appear to be space for a small chest deep freeze in the utility room, but one could fit in the pantry, no problem. Very cool. (My favorite videos, btw, are of doublewides with full drywall. I'm researching for a future purchase and I won't consider anything else, personally.)
That living room would be part of the owners room with pocket doors. The ressed area would be opend and be living room with wall facing kitchen knocked out! That what I would do!

You asked what type of home we would like to see if we could only choose one. I like larger homes, think 32x80, that only have 2 bedrooms but have lots of extras like an office and a family room. I appreciate larger rooms.

Every time I see those homes I remember NYC bedrooms they be like it’s a mater bedroom super small with no closet
I love that master closets and master bath sizes. Disappointed the bedroom is only 15x15 though. 15 x 18 would allow room for a sitting area. Love the pantry size! I’m not a fan of having to walk through the living room to get to the master because then you can’t have a sectional sofa in the corner. That first bedroom could have a glass door and be an office.
I just wonder how the NEW outdoor siding will hold up over the years due to the weather.
Love the entrance! Love how big the kitchen and dining area are. Would rather have a sliding glass door off the dining area. Love the island but rather have the sink under the window. Why are the bedroom closets so small? Otherwise, Love It!

I believe the top shelf in the pantry would be wasteful for me. I love a huge pantry but I wouldn’t use a shelf that I needed a ladder to reach. Also, I think whatever might be on that shelf could block the window. Otherwise, everything is great.
I would like to see 4bdrm about 1900sq ft - 2100 square ft. 1/2 sheetrock at least. Pantry and room for LG stand up frzr.
I really like this one I just don’t like the price!! What’s something in my area that’s had the drywall walls and that affordable to put on my land that’s not going to be so expensive?? IDK, but floor registers and wire racks seems chincy in a $200K to $250K home. Also, there's no access to a back patio or deck in the rear of the home. Why do these manufacturers continue to hide a taked hot water heater behind a removable panel. Instead of just putting it in a closet. It's not like there wasn't room in that monstrosity! Come on, in that price point one could build a stick built home. I want to see something logical! Something that's nice and economical, but can placed on a monolithic slab. With a nice traditional looking 4'-0" crawlspace. That's in the $200K price range! Including a rear patio or deck in the rear. Maybe even a on demand tankless hot water heater and possibly a duel split unit setup. I don't know there's so many videos on RUclips, I just want to see something different. A home that has dedicated storage for vacuums and other cleaning tools and supplies. After each video I always wonder where to put that stuff....

Don't call it a pantry, don't call it a pantry....you called it a pantry.
To me, its location makes it a storage closet, pantries are IN the kitchens, not down the hallway.
