Great video dude! Do you think this will make you give other open world games a try? There are definitely a few standouts that have lots of cool things to find around every corner.
@@ActuallyParty since you seemed to like this one, you should try out Fallout 4. The combat is better, the power armor is awesome, and there's plenty of cool little side quests and weird random scenarios to find.
@@ActuallyParty Guns in Fallout3 basically shoot everywhere except your target think CSGO but worse bullet spread, you gonna have to get really high weapon skill to shoot accurately, oh almost forgot No ironsight too.
@@ActuallyPartyThe stability mods are definitely worth it. There are really good quest mods too. I tend to avoid graphical overhaul mods as they tend not to do mesh with other mods without some effort when installing them.
@@ActuallyParty it really depends, but most people attest to it being needed. There are some “settlement” mods and added content which you can enjoy too, but I wouldn’t do that unless it’s a game you keep going back to
>sniping is impossible *shakes in laser rifle w/ scope and gauss rifle "build" Check skill and strength reqs. The game doesn't lock you out of using a weapon if you have too low stats, but your scope does get all wonky. Sniper rifle specifically has 75 guns and 6 str requirements so if you thought that you can do away with a gun build on agility and perception then hahah. That said, on maxed energy weapons and appropriate strength requirement Gauss rifle specifically only really holds steady while crouching still. Also cmon, what's the point of having ability to max out speech skill if the FINAL BOSS of all things doesn't let you show it off? Also also, the dlcs all together are just shiny, so cool and f u n and with a special feel to each of them. I confess I didn't think highly of Honest Hearts specifically, but on a recent replay, I think it is good for what it is and it is definitely good that it is there. The rest are just bangers as far as I am concerned. Also also also, there is an anti-crash mod on nexus and my game does seem to crash very rarely now and only after saving 🙃 Maybe JSawyer mod has some relevant glitch and bug fixes, but also its main appeal is that the dev tweaked with the whole game the way he thinks he would if they had more time which is, yknow, subject to taste.
yea i really did enjoy the game, but i do wish some things like level requirements were shown more often than just things like dialogue and lock picking
was just informed i called the dev Obsidian by the name Oblivion for the entire video!! oops
Actually appalled you didn’t get it right once
@@CNRMRY_YT me too
I appreciate the mordecai and rigby cameo
holy mackerel man! this guy is funny!

i think eventually im going have to play other open world games, part of me looks forward to it but im always gonna be scared going into it

You should try vanilla Fallout 3 and you will love New Vegas FPS gameplay lol.

I’ve never had the game crash except when cheating by spawning in stupid amounts of things, but that said it’s a case by case instance I’ve learned.
i’ve been thinking about checking out some mods and cheats to mess around, is it worth it?

New Vegas was really only fun for a few months but got boring quickly. So thankfull for F04 with its better gunplay and cooler power armor.
people keep saying FO4 has been gunplay, should i play it?

Why my game keep crashing? Someone in the comments have this problem in the game too?
turning on Vsync could help, but the game itself does just crash a lot. There are mods out there to help i hear though
@@ActuallyParty any suggestion of mod? I'm scared with the virus that can infect my pc
