Q- Can the types of breathing (from the anime Demon Slayer ) can be used in real life
@@anshumanupadhyay7208no

After being homeless and being attacked out of nowhere I couldn't have time to think but I didn't even think of fear neither mind, I felt absolutely free of mind
Refreshing breath of honesty and words of wisdom sir
he reason like bruce lee , free and empty your mind when fighting .
Ultra Instinct
Animals are the ultimate martial artists, they don't think about what they are going to do, they just react .
No doubt
True but the idea of martial arts is to react without thinking but in the most efficient way.
@@thevillageyid that sound almost like Bruce Lee
@@itubecollection1623 Yeah. But I think anyone who studies martial arts with an open mind comes to that conclusion. At first when you train everything feels a bit mechanical but the more you do it and start adding your own personal flavor to it it becomes more ingrained and natural.
Lol😂😂😂, they do train their reaction when they play as a baby. Like how kittens play, how puppies play. That is them practicing for the later fights.
Experience is necessary. Stop being afraid to loose. Failure is your best teacher.
wtf, who told you that? your daddy?
there are too many second chances in your world
maybe you've been in and out American judicial system too many times
your life is a playground. you've never lived
in real life, you only fail once
you only have one chance to experience failure
you are dead after, boy
Failure in a dojo, I'm ok with. Failing to take care of those I love would wreck me. And loosing to a loutish thug , getting wrecked would hurt my feelings.
Yes, you need to be loose.
What you don't want to is 'lose'.
right! in the worst case you go to hospital or die! that's nature!
better than being an afraid coward!
Bro experience is not necessary. If I fought someone my own weight class I’d win unless they’re super experienced, but otherwise I’d win. The reason I believe I can win is cuz I fight to kill and I don’t fight to survive. My philosophy is if you’re going to die might as well take them with you.
The rule for street fight is:
Break all the rules and fight dirty.
👏👏👏
The rules are there are no rules
that's what the shaolin says
does that mean you have to break the rule of breaking the rules and not break the rules? meaning that you would have to follow the rule of breaking the rule and break the rule about breaking rules and not break the rules and follow the rules and break the rules and follow the rules and break the rules and follow the rules and break the rules and follow the rules and break the rules and follow the rules and break the rules and follow the rules and break the rules and follow the rules and break the rules?

I do both Shaolin Kung fu and sanda so it’s nice seeing a master stating facts
I do Sanda also and it's better than shallow Kung fu
Did you know that sanda is originally a tamil word from India wich means "fight" .

It depends on the person. The soul. The mind.
Bro ended the debate on which marital art is the best
It's a stupid debate tbh just a way to feel confident in the style you use like what the monk said any can be useful 🫡
@theman0110 any of the practical martial arts can be useful. All of the shitty non practical ones like kung fu, aikido, tai chi for example aren't useful at all.
All martial arts worked if you free yout heart
@@theman0110ye it’s so true. I can almost imagine some people would be like “if someone like IP man practiced Muay Thai or kickboxing blah blah he would be even more deadlier compared to him practicing wingchun or whatever” well tbh it may be true to some extent but either way they all have their own uses
muy thai still best any other sucks since they all become obsolete
This was possibly the best answer that could be given.
Truth. Also, avoiding confrontation by using your best weapon, your brain, is always your first option.
Brain and Nike shoes
The famous Bruce Lee once said the art of fighting without fighting..
Thats from the art of war . Look it up .
This man is speaking the truth. I do taekwondo and my master taught me to avoid as many fights as possible. Some people who don’t do martial arts are like “can you knock me out with a kick” or they say that kicks never work in a fight. This man has wisdom
Why do u avoid fights what's the reason bc there's no point ?
Same to you, very intelligent coment
@@MxM.202 yes you are right there is no purpose in fighting unless you absolutely have to fight like if you’re being jumped by a group of 2+ but you should run if you can
Kicks work if you can make them work, but you leave yourself open.

That was surprisingly candid answer, and absolutely true. I mean there’s several world championships that didn’t start training until their late teens or even 20s and they just have a talent for violence and the gift of being able to will the body to move the way the mind wants it to move
One of the things why i love shaolin kung fu is that their masters are so wise ❤
Be water my friend and honestly express oneself.
Bruce Lee.
Scripted. That wasn't Bruce Lee, that was a character he was playing
Sorry, But Bruce Lee was restating Daoism.
Nothing in the world is softer or weaker than water
Yet nothing is better at overcoming the hard and the strong
This is because nothing can replace it
That the weak overcome the strong
And the soft overcomes the hard
Everybody in the world knows
But cannot put into practice (78:1-7)
Bruce lee is actor not fighter sry
True words of wisdom..! Respect to the shoalin master
He basically described the philosophy of Jeet Kun Do....Bruce Lee
Its basic oriental philosphy i guess, at least that is for taoism
@@ancientdarkness3102Yeah, the Jeet Kune Do is Full Tao, only the necesary and honest
Yea shaolin monks like this guy are buddhist if i recall correctly bruce lee was a philosofist also.
Some techniques in certain styles do not work for everyone because of weight, size, strength, etc., so I need to find what works for me regardless of what style I practice. That takes time as continuous sparring develops that awareness. It's like finding out there are dozens of ways of stopping a punch like blocking, parrying, catching, hitting, dodging, bob and weave, etc but dont know what's best according to my bodies capabilities.
Kung Fu isn't just about fighting or hurting others. It's more about helping others and serving the community.
I use martial arts growing up I believe it saved my life so many times. And that's why I enjoy teaching people how to defend themselves and be strong. God bless you 🙏🏾 God Where's many masks he is omnipotent and benevolent.
100% agree. "Empty your mind. Be formless, shapeless. Like water. When you pour water into a cup, it becomes the cup. When you put it in a bottle, it becomes the bottle. Water can flow, or it can crash! Be water, my friend."
That's easy for a Lake to say 🙄
But true Lake Bruce 💦
@@markrene6108 I do have quite a fitting name for a Bruce fan and a martial artist, eh? It was decided the morning of my birth instead of the planned "Josh."
That sounds familiar?
@@rosemarietolentino3218 very famous Bruce Lee quote. I missed a line, but it gets the same point. Fun fact, it's likely not his original idea but his spin on it. Since he studied a lot of sword fighting masters and more likely than not read the "book of 5 rings," he is probably just adding his spin to the philosophy used by Miyamoto Musashi. And Musashi may have done the same in his time.
Good thing about learning martial arts is not the art of learning how to fight but the thing they called self discipline.
It's nice to see that Shaolin has weighed in on this. Having practiced Tai Chi Chuan for over 38 years, I still hear nonsense about how some systems don't work. It's about the person, and the training. If you train well and properly and you practice, your stuff works, then you can use it. If you don't then you won't. It's simple.
He is so right. Its no lie. Some get it. Some don't.
Best description to shut up the couch experts ever!
Amazing. Pure wisdom. After all, fighting is just movement with our body, using our limbs. Any style can be made to work. It's the practitioner that makes it work.
He is the real deal …
Excelent words very clear full of wisdom!
I like this person
Honesty and stright forward
I totally agree hell yeah I told him the person not the art
That is the single best answer I have ever heard for this question.
This master(teacher) is awesome to watch
THANK YOU!!! Been trying to explain that to people. Especially the jujitsu weirdos 😂
Actually makes sense. Because when in fight we often get the guilt trip. Only a clear mind is free of that..and can fight.
Message received.. thank you 🙏
The master's answer is too thoughtful.
The best and honest advice ever 💯🙏
Absolutely perfect answer, understanding no thought. no thinking. it doesn't mater.
this is a great video
Instructions unclear. I achieved ultra instinct
Well put. Also necessity is the mother of invention. I had to protect myself therefore I learned how to fight. Mostly being aggressive and indifferent to consequences will win fights
What a Shaolin answer
This is the answer I’ve been looking for
Humble and honest. He never oversold the things he have mastered. 🙏🏼
It's also depend on the fighter, the method is vary, it doesn't matter if you think too much or use pure instinct, if it works it works
✊🏿 i respect his honesty and street smarts. When adrenaline kicks in training goes out the window.
Very well articulated in broken English and clearly understood Sir
Self-discipline, self-control, self-defence. Respect others and never be violent. Learn these and you will never be troubled in life. 🙏🙏🙏
“ open your mind, be shapeless, formless, like water. Be water my friend “

Bruce Lee : " Be water my friend...."
Best answer I ha e ever heard for martial arts.
The most clear cut and honest answer
I like this answer a lot. I feel like this viewpoint is really underrated.
THANK GOD there was subtitles!!!
Best way to win a street fight is to not get into one. You will face situations you never trained for like weapons being pulled out, objects being thrown at you, or multiple attackers jumping at you.
He gave an enlightened answer. Fighting is ultimately about how much fight is in that person. Either you have it or not. You don't think about it. You just know until someone can show you that you don't know.
Beautiful wisdom 👍👍
This is very deep wisdom 🙏 its like cat or dog, they dont practice any martial art but when is fight needed they are extremely fast, nimble, and deadly, its because they are connected, no traped in mind, crystal clear instinkt, some people are lost in mind more, some less, some are very physical and have this connection and they can fight even if they never trained it, some people can make beautifull kicks, nice for effect but dont have this instincts and free mind, you can learn it and improve it but only with good coach and real sparing.
Amituofo!
Sound like Bruce lee
I'm like a lion, I sleep 20 hours a day and can fight whenever I must.
❤ I agree with you sir!
Wise man once said "Best way to win a fight is to avoid the fight."
Beautiful words. Thank you for your knowledge.
He's so wholesome c:
You know....that was actually profound. Thank you, sir!
The master tells you the real reason, discipline and thoughts of how to react in any situation. Good statement that he said on RUclips.🙂
I saw this film when it came out & it blew my mind. I love it the more I watched it. ❤

I've used it, it does work very well!
It's all up to will power..... if you have the will to make a move or if you don't determines the outcome

Well said well said this is the whole truth
Wise words. Thank you.
Martial arts starts with your choice of environment, way of moment to momentum intimacy, routines, standards, friends, venues, and then your awareness of yourself and situations, then your listening, observing, then your creative intuitive responses to disarm/deflect, then your response to necessary movements by being in the moment.
Best answer i ever heard
Our instructor always says to not think about it in the moment, he is an experienced man. He is fluent in 13 martial arts.
Most honest answer ever ❤
In my experience boxing is best for street fight because it's very few technics but very very useable.
Bro basically said what Ra's al Gul said in Batman begins training is nothing without the will to act
And he is absolutely right. There is a very specific part of the martial arts world that would only argue otherwise. You'll see them in the comments so I don't need to point it out.
