That's SADHGURU for ya'all, just listen to him then start to understand and analyse what's he said & told.
As per Hindu tradition, there is no absolute. What your thought process leads you to a solid stage (depending circumstances, atmosphere) depending on your experience will become an absolute but it only exclusive to you.
Every person have to seek his own absolute by sharing his experience his surroundings should have some leverage to next generations thinking.
That's why Hinduism called as seeking religion, no comands, no restrictions, but only giving experiences and knowledge gained before hand to future to decide their personal way.
Hinduism first question was not who is god. What is god.
If you know what is god there is no fight for superiority. Or your absolute verses my absolute.

Hmm... to understand sadhguru, 1st understand spirituality (means 'you' the spirit), then 2nd "who am i ??" If its become a life-death question, then you will Realize(biter Truth), will blow you from inside, you will know your existence and stupidity (for some may happen either by misery or beyond beauty) , then you will shine, see miracles(more like just side effects not to care) and morality will become your very common sense.. you are then connected👍🏼.. and need a strong heart to swim beyond
It's not sadhguru answer, he is just trying to quote the line what Buddha said about the existing of God.
