I usually say "I hate drama" or stuff like that when it feels like someone wants to try to pull me into it or wants to try and have an argument with me about it for some weird reason😵💫 I will say that I do like watching people have debates and arguments to see there character and how they react to conflict, let's me know a lot about those people and if I should stay away from them or not

I want to write a psychopathic protagonist in a story, and I'm trying to be as respectful as I can with this. As far as I know, no one in my social circle has psychopathy, and pretty much every media portrayal I've seen has painted them as unhinged killers and abusers. I want to show the struggle to fit into the world as someone without empathy. Thank you for this video, it's helped me to develop her character better than any other research I've done so far.
There isn't a struggle to the primary psychopath though because they are incapable of feeling regret and anxiety. They just float through life acting all blissful and taking advantage of others to see what they get. Do a non primary psychopath if you want someone with struggle, someone who has developed emotional blunting effect and is stoic but still has anxiety and has self pity. You could even make them have social anxiety.

I have a friend who always gets misjudged and insulted by everyone he talks to, he even told me how they responded. According to you phyc2go, I can clearly see now that he was talking to these kind of people, especially the ones who were - gaslighting - sensitive pushing - drama users I should go talk to him about this. They literally make up less than 1 percent of the population, I doubt your friend is talking to psychopaths, or anyone else who clearly this channel stigmatized even more than they already are. I do however believe your friend may be either too kind and surrounding themselves with jerks who take advantage of him, (because yes, neuro typical people can be jerks too, I know shocker right?) Or they’re just a poor judge of character. This video actually kind of disappointed me because of what it could have been. It could have actually been an educational video based on key habits that typically come from people with APD, actions etc. or how they process things, yet it took the stereotypical stigmatize all people with apd route as usual. Realistically speaking, if you were talking to a psychopath, you probably wouldn’t even realize you were, at least not until something confusing for them came about. (Spoiler alert, no they wouldn’t jump right into abusing you just because they’re confused.)

I'm an actual psychopath (I was diagnosed with aspd at 18 and have been in therapy my whole life) and I have never said any of these things. my emotions and social awareness are just dialed down real low
I got diagnosed at the usual... University mental examination... I sometimes do all of this unintentionally... But... I do always say that I hate drama but I literally enjoy it. And yup, I'm not a serial killer. I'm really too much lazy for it.
I remember interacting with someone who I’d consider a psychopath. He was trying really hard to look normal and I think he believed he did. But I could see that something was wrong with him. The way he never takes accountability, changes reality to fit his perception, always says « I hate drama » after creating one. And the fact that he only interacts with people out of boredom, not for good intent. It’s sick tbh to have psychopath around you. Especially when you realise that they’ve never had good intent for you and it was all an act, to inflate their ego. At least the one I was interacting with had the self awareness to tell me he was a bad person (despite behaving like a saint).
@@chloeanastasia8440 I got all of it out. I'm not malicious anymore, I was always nice and friendly and even helped all of the class on essays... And I mean all of them, it's a hassle to edit all of their essays and do mine half assed but... I still got the highest grade, all because I read and edited all of their works and got so many ideas and completed all of my work mentally and I just need to write it, as you can see... My writing is very fast and I completed my whole work for 20 mins. and it's five pages and I never stopped writing. Looking back on it, I did do some mistakes and I do love correcting myself. All those favors are worth it on the end, even if it's a pain... And because of it, I never want to deal with people anymore... All of them are so needy and wants everything to be completed like magic... All at once. 🗿 I'm lazy now because of all those efforts... Yea, I'm too lazy now to manipulate actively... But there are times when I do it, unintentionally. 😂 Psychopath's never change... They just learn how to hide it better.

People who gaslight are the reason why we have many liars and ghosters in the world. I feel like I ghost people a lot. I can’t help it, I’m so used to either people not caring, or everyone texting at the same time, which then overwhelms me. But unfortunately I have so many of my own issues, that sometimes I just want to hide and do my own thing. And if I avoid someone because of an issue I have with them, I usually take a lot of time to myself to let stuff blow over because I’m so used to people always blaming me and getting nasty because they know I’m easily manipulated. A lot of this things don't need for you to be a psychopath, you just have a to be an idiot or a bit manipulative, most of these seem to have the purpose of turning the table on your odds when there's a problem, I myself am not a psycho (as far as I know, and as it's something that there's like no reason to joke about) see this like something rather common, I'm definitely not saying it's right, but I don't think these seem to be an instant psychopath flag, rather just a red flag in general.

I don't believe I am a psychopath, but I used to have a manipulative communication style, and liked gaslighting and ghosting people. I am in therapy and was told it was my manic episodes Bipolar I, and currently use a semi-assertive communication style.

They literally make up less than 1 percent of the population, I doubt your friend is talking to psychopaths, or anyone else who clearly this channel stigmatized even more than they already are. I do however believe your friend may be either too kind and surrounding themselves with jerks who take advantage of him, (because yes, neuro typical people can be jerks too, I know shocker right?)
Or they’re just a poor judge of character.
This video actually kind of disappointed me because of what it could have been. It could have actually been an educational video based on key habits that typically come from people with APD, actions etc. or how they process things, yet it took the stereotypical stigmatize all people with apd route as usual.
Realistically speaking, if you were talking to a psychopath, you probably wouldn’t even realize you were, at least not until something confusing for them came about. (Spoiler alert, no they wouldn’t jump right into abusing you just because they’re confused.)

I remember interacting with someone who I’d consider a psychopath. He was trying really hard to look normal and I think he believed he did. But I could see that something was wrong with him. The way he never takes accountability, changes reality to fit his perception, always says « I hate drama » after creating one. And the fact that he only interacts with people out of boredom, not for good intent. It’s sick tbh to have psychopath around you. Especially when you realise that they’ve never had good intent for you and it was all an act, to inflate their ego. At least the one I was interacting with had the self awareness to tell me he was a bad person (despite behaving like a saint).
@@chloeanastasia8440 I got all of it out. I'm not malicious anymore, I was always nice and friendly and even helped all of the class on essays... And I mean all of them, it's a hassle to edit all of their essays and do mine half assed but... I still got the highest grade, all because I read and edited all of their works and got so many ideas and completed all of my work mentally and I just need to write it, as you can see... My writing is very fast and I completed my whole work for 20 mins. and it's five pages and I never stopped writing.
Looking back on it, I did do some mistakes and I do love correcting myself.
All those favors are worth it on the end, even if it's a pain... And because of it, I never want to deal with people anymore... All of them are so needy and wants everything to be completed like magic... All at once. 🗿
I'm lazy now because of all those efforts... Yea, I'm too lazy now to manipulate actively...
But there are times when I do it, unintentionally. 😂

I feel like I ghost people a lot. I can’t help it, I’m so used to either people not caring, or everyone texting at the same time, which then overwhelms me. But unfortunately I have so many of my own issues, that sometimes I just want to hide and do my own thing. And if I avoid someone because of an issue I have with them, I usually take a lot of time to myself to let stuff blow over because I’m so used to people always blaming me and getting nasty because they know I’m easily manipulated. You could probably beat me and make me feel so insecure, but if you are nice to me for a weak, I’ll forgive you because I would just assume you are having a hard time, I hate that I think like that.

A lot of this things don't need for you to be a psychopath, you just have a to be an idiot or a bit manipulative, most of these seem to have the purpose of turning the table on your odds when there's a problem, I myself am not a psycho (as far as I know, and as it's something that there's like no reason to joke about) see this like something rather common, I'm definitely not saying it's right, but I don't think these seem to be an instant psychopath flag, rather just a red flag in general.
