Oh the memories this brings back to me. I still have my '33 Chev and still remember replacing tons of rotted. termite eaten and missing wood with an oxy-actelyne torch and lots of leaded steel. Too bad I wasn't able to learn from you in '84 when I chopped and filled to roof of that 4 door 6 wheel sedan. I would have done a much better job of it.
"Cuachalote" as I remember meant someone or something sloppy or messy. In people- Imagine you pick someone up to go somewhere and their dress and or hygiene is noticeably lacking to where it speaks even to that persons judgement. On material things- something just thrown together haphazardly. Bien servido Homie?.
