Potassium chloride powder is my favorite way to increase my potassium levels very quickly! I take it when I'm suffering from constipation or pins and needles in hands.

Even when I make an appointment and go in to the doctor, I never feel like she takes me seriously. I'm 85 and she acts like any symptom I am worried about is because of my age. Most of the time I feel like office visits are a big waste of time.

I'm sorry to hear that you are still suffering from the effects of low potassium even after 2 years. I hope you sought a second opinion, preferably from an endocrinologist who specializes in hormonal conditions like Conn's disease.
Cream of Tartar has the highest potassium concentrate of supplements. 1 tsp has over 800 mg. At the high end we need 4700 mg. Too bad this video didnt say that.
Low levels of potassium, also known as hypokalemia, can cause a range of symptoms such as weakness, muscle cramps, and heart palpitations. However, there is no clear link between low potassium and hypnic jerk. Other factors that can contribute to hypnic jerk include stress, anxiety, caffeine consumption, and certain medications. If you are experiencing frequent or severe hypnic jerks, it may be helpful to speak with a healthcare provider to rule out any underlying medical conditions and to discuss potential treatment options.
Seems like it might be possible, right? Since potassium is needed for proper muscle function. Would probably be applicable to eye muscles. I had double vision couple of years ago until I fixed a major B12 deficiency
@@charlesweaver From what I've read about it, the suppliments contain less than 400 of the recommended daily amount of 4,300. A jacket spud, provides almost 900 measures per medium potato. An Avacado has a high content too. Also something called Cream of Tatar.
