How are you gonna do any of that on some one who isn't cooperating? Better off doing Judo that teacher would get choked out quick try to rely on wrist locks and spinal reflex actions.
Yea that is why wrist locks are forbiden in for example UFC... because they are so ineffective, out of 30 rules from UFC last time i checked i found 15 that was about stuff typical for jujutsu and aikido... There is no such thing as "isn't cooperating" in his hands, he is teaching all over the world and have often in his hands people that he just met and were training before Judo and other martial arts.
It is important to note that Mr. Garcia has, for many years, not been authorized to use the name "hakkoryu", or to train others in the art. He has no connection with the Hakkoryu organization in Japan. For a list of authorized instructors and dojos, please see hakkoryu.com.
in the Early 90's, when this video was made, Antonio Garcia was still a member of Hakko Ryu. He is still one of the best teachers in the world of Hakko Ryu even when he is not a member of hakko ryu anymore.
