Good work, My Rx135, 99 model start jerking while close the throttle even in 2nd gear, but when pull the clutch the jerk is gone, what Might be the possible problem
It's the carb problem retune your carb I had same issue when I close throttle it's jerking when I open throttle or press clutch jerking is gone so retune carb with some experience technician
@@motoartbyhariteegala116 I was replying the same to you. Yes, I'll be using the Pulsar front disc setup, the bike was previously running with it & now it has been rebuilt.
It's best to give it to someone who specializes in tinkering, usually they have tools on body line correction for cars, pipe bending & hydraulic machine as well. So you can get the chassis to them, they will be able to check and sort the chassis out, from any bends, damages, rusted patches.etc
@@BrattyBiker Thanks, Bro. That's what I was thinking too...taking it to a tinkering shop, but wasn't sure. The chassis is badly rusted. Saving up money to get it restored ASAP.
Yes, this is because two strokes are simpler, has less moving parts than a 4 stroke, which means lower weight and combustion happens twice the amount of times, compared to a 4 stroke running at the same RPM. This is why power to weight on a 2 stroke is generally better. An RX135 making 12bhp is 100KG whereas an FZ making the same 12bhp is almost 135kg.
RXG had this jerking problem, check if your magnet is of RXG or RX135, if it is of RXG, change it to 135's magnet and coilplate. It will sort your problem.

What is your opinion on stainless Steel wheel spokes bro
I haven't used it yet. Shall use and let you know :)
@@BrattyBiker10 years back i chromed my 135 new wheel spoke, looking good but the problem is maintaining them, otherwise soon they will rusted
That's great, for an electroplating to hold up for 10 years. But yeah, they need regular cleaning to maintain the shine.

Check your magnet, remove and re-install correctly.

Cool! Yes, could also be a problem with a dirty carburettor.

If we have any issues with chassis such as bends or weak links, who do we need to go to get them corrected?

Oh sure, get it done soon bro. Not an easy thing to replace chassis if its damaged beyond repair. It's a big headache.
What is power to weight ratio in bike... It is generally higher in two strokes???

Get rid of that balancing plate and magnet. Change the magnet & coil plate to the 135, your problem will be solved.
