I really admire the restraint shown by Anna (and the Francis family) in this interview. She could have been super defensive and launched accusations about JP, but she chose not to. Even when the reporter asked how the family feels about the many allegations JP is making, she turned it around and made it about Mica's Law rather than being on the defensive. That must take an enormous amount of self-control and grace.

One way they can help is to learn and teach about NARCISSISM. And how narcissists ("devils") are drawn to empaths ("angels"), like moths to a flame. They are opposites. The narcissists ultimate goal is to totally control the empath, ultimately to destroy her ("her," as in feminine energy, which is energy that is vulnerable, open, kind and compassionate). No, not all women are that; we are all both masculine and feminine energy. But these two represent the extremes of those energies (masculine/control, feminine/freedom). We do best not in those extremes. Raise your children to embrace BOTH of their energies, masculine and feminine. Otherwise, your child could end up being one or the other. in this awful scenario. Protect your girls by raising them to not be so selfless. Of course, teach them to be a good person, BUT not to the point that it's self-destructive. Teach them to take care of themselves, to LOVE themselves FIRST (note, they will be of better service to others from that point, and without destroying themselves, or allowing others to do so). Teach them BALANCE in these energies. Teach your boys that feminine energy is not something to be ashamed of (=hated/feared ... results in a desire to control/destroy that energy ... in themselves and others). Additionally, she had the "forgiveness" thing all wrong (as many do). It has nothing to do with the other person. It does not require that you keep that person in your life (often wise to not do so). It does not require that you ever have any more communication with that person. It's one thing. Releasing the energy of hatred; that is, it's about healing YOU, not them.

He kept saying “when she took her meds”. But those who know and live with sometime with serious depression or metal illness understand that the “meds” do NOT flip a switch. They do NOT. Its subtle. It’s not as miraculous as he’s saying. Sometimes it’s barely noticeable and sometimes not noticeable at all.
He was lying about the meds because it doesn’t work like this. Maybe in the movies but not in real life.

Makes me wonder what did he do to her those 3 to 4 months. He broke her and when she started getting her strength back, sent him divorce papers, he pulled something “In my personal opinion only” I think he told her and she knew he wouldn’t stop. He may not pulled the trigger but he is the reason why this happened. Again this is not facts this is my personal opinion

J.P is so used to his over the top behavior working in the unbalanced power dynamic of pastor/congregation. He's so comfortable behaving this way, that he doesn't understand how it looks, out here in the real world, where he has no respect or reverence, no power at all. His dramatic show comes off creepy and bizarre. He can't see how inappropriate it is, to try to leverage these transparent manipulation tactics. He seems entirely unaware that he is clearly the mentally unwell one. The videos: of his interview, the sermons, laying on the ground 'ants and jesus', the youtube interview, police cam vids. The documented, troubling incidents that validate abuses upon Mica and his other ex-wife. The only person through all of it, with any evidence supporting they needed intensive, in patient, mental health help, is JP. I can't diagnose him, but it appears to all be interrelated. The manipulation, the wildly dramatic displays, need for spotlight, threats, escalations to get his way, force his will. Lack of basic morality, but duality of being drawn to path of pastor. Pathological cheating, lying, and stalking. Supposedly, he even stalked members who left his church, defamed them to new pastors, in attempt of revenge for imagined betrayal. Entitlement. Feelings of superiority so profound, that at times in the sermon videos, he loudly hints at such escalated self reverence, as to imagine himself in role of savior. For generations to come. He gets emotional speaking about it in the sermon before announcing Mica's death, the only emotional display in that video. Which brings us to lack of healthy emotion for others. Need to be the focus of every situation-Mica's obituary, press statement after, the funeral. Constant need to find, point out, and invent flaws in others, while simultaneously praising himself- even in regards to his deceased wife. He lies and twists every situation to elevate himself, and tarnish others.
