I did a video on this about 2 years ago. And I do LOVE it for my tile floors but I do not like it is when you want to use the hand held feature it is really awkward. I requested a hand held steam cleaner and am looking forward to trying it and will do a video........
What about how to clean the mop pads? Like can you and wash them after every use and can you wash them in a washer, or would that be bad because of the velcro?
It works great when it works. They just do NOT last. We are now on our 4th and last one. All 4 didn't last for but a couple of months with little usage. Done!
I could be wrong but since I’ve had a couple that broke too, I think the issue is that it’s not meant to be rough with. Like when I mop the old fashioned way I’d push super hard to scrub. So I was used to that. With the steam mops you’ve just gotta be more gentle. That’s my hypothesis.
Thanks. I was so confused! This was helpful!
You're welcome!
Great tutorial.
Pro tip...Only use distilled water...regular tap water has too much mineral content which will build-up in the device.
Great video. Thanks.

What made the handheld part awkward? I was really looking forward to that part.
@@Mama_Bear524 You have to hold it in a certain position and it is rather loud......I prefer my hand held steamer ....
Does it sanitize carpet?
Can you get replacement attachments? If so, where please? Id like to get this but reviews say they cant find attachment replacements.
I don't know. I know you can get the replacement mop pad things, but not sure about attachments. This one still works btw.

I washer them in the washer.
Do you put a pad on to steam floor or no?
Yes.
After I removed the slider the scratching floor noise stopped and it was really sliding. I actually threw it away.
😭😭😭 it’s meant for carpet. Goodluck cleaning carpet
The slider is for cleaning the carpet only, not the floor.

It works great but after one year, the mop is over. You cant use it often.
Why didn't you talk about the carpet? Does it sanitize carpet? Useless video.
