I’m continuing to be impressed by how complicated this van conversion is. The number of things you have to keep in mind as you’re going along, and the frustrations that always occur when something doesn’t work quite the way you had planned - I think I’d be a bundle of nerves at this point if I were trying something like this. Most impressive!
It's coming together nicely, but, I'm not sure if the bed frame is slightly too high, once you get a mattress on, your head will be almost on the roof when you sit on the bed. It might be worth moving the frame down to the top of the water tank to help in the long term.

My wife and i have watched intermediately over the last coup[le of years but are addicted since the build van has started! love the tension as lee gets fed up with Van all the time but as a cabinet maker of 40 years i admire nick's determination and resilience to build the van but had to wonder if the van was level on all axis when you was using the plumb line? otherwise its useless, but good on you i didnt think you would get this far so what do i know! good on you lads!
as near as it could be we had to start eye balling levels, problem with a van is spirit levels are useless plus all those curves and bends makes it almost impossible to get things bang on
Wow seat covers look amazing but I swear at first glance I thought that was a balaclava 😂 joys of being born in Belfast in the 70's 😮 van is coming on amazing 👏 xx

How can your sister be stressed going on holiday with you two? Lee will have decided where to eat and what to do and Nick has got everything budgeted with his discount apps, loyalty points and coupons, let alone the fact he will have the entire holiday scheduled down to every glass of wine and toasted tea cake! Better than a Disney VIP tour!😆😂

You'll be amazed at the Payload you get and how little things actually weigh. Ours is around 450kg and we have gizmos and gadgets galore, inside and out plus a biggish gazebo and cupboards full to the brim

Have a look at Our Van Tales conversion, I have a feeling yours will look as swish as theirs
if you ever use expaning foam ever again invest in a foam gun far easier to use its more controllable and you can buy cleaner that means its reusable over and over again think they are like 25 quid.
It was just a top I bought years ago, like maybe 20 years ago. Its lasted ages. Cant remember where it was from . We have never been to Canada (As yet)

The Center armrest cover can double as a gimp mask
leave the seat covers till the van is finished, I made the same mistake and jumped in with a blob of silicone on my pants, ruined cover.

No. The extractor fan is pretty good at circulating air
Why not use a shower curtain instead of a door,it would save no end of problems & save on weight too.
the cab is the part of a van least insulated due to the windows a curtain wouldn't insulate the van
