I mostly just drove in a circle around the open area so they'd all follow, let them get close to my back bumper and then dart down the row of columns in front of the garage doors and veer back out just before I got to the sea wall. All the chasing cabs would instantly turn to follow but would crash into the columns and pile up into each other. About 3 laps and they were all done lol
