I’ve only seen just a few tents visible in the streets of Tampa. They don’t tolerate it. That being said most wooded areas hidden from plain site have camps in them. In LA and the Bay Area they gave up. Homeless don’t hide in California like they have to in Florida. There’s more in California than Florida but there’s also that many more that have homes. California is a lot bigger in general. One isn’t necessarily better than the other no matter what anyone says. Pasco really does seem to be one of the crappiest parts of the the state and definitely more stupid people.
If you got money living out here it's straight but if you're out on the street it's a bad thing I work everyday and got money nowadays can do whatever I want have a blessed day brother it really ain't shity if you got cash to spend out here there's a lot of things to do I've been here all my life
