What a memory.. and lance Klusner was my favourite player of the tournament although dravid scored most runs… but I felt it was unjustice for SA in semifinals
What a stupid argument that guy made about Maxwell innings being overrated or doing it or not infront of India.... That makes no sense! He's creating a hypothetical scenario in his head and downplaying it for no reason. Team was like 90/7 and no matter who the opposition is, that's the greatest ODI innings or else anyone would do it against Afganistan (who were exceptional that day btw)

TBH Kholi did play selfish for his 100 against South Africa. Kholi is playing his role of anchoring the innings superbly for 95% of the time but if you are in 48th over with 5wickets in hand and you are taking singles for your 100 then you cannot defend him saying there is no problem in that. And its not that he tried to hit but got only 1run, he was not even trying to get boundaries, he was going for 1-2 runs. He is doing amazing anchoring role but no team decides to do the anchoring till the 50th over. In the final over that too in the 1st innings you have to take chances and score big. He plays superbly 95%of his innings but as soon as he is reaching his 100 he put his milestones above the team. And its sad as a fan of his as he didn't used to do this previously. I am also his fan but as much as we are praising him and rightly so we should also address these things. Just because it has not cost us the matches till now doesn't mean it is justifiable and right approach. It is giving wrong message to the people and the upcoming players that it's okay to play for your milestones sometimes.
