As a contractor I found my business at the mercy of every subcontractor I ever used. Their failures were also mine and cost my company money and respect. I would never disrespect someone who held that kind of power over me. Subcontractors should be treated the same way one should treat the people who handle their food. Tip them for their work and thank them profusely.
It always infuriates me when people being caught doing something wrong trying to avoid punishment with 'I had family' reason. People who they wronged to also have family and someone to care about, but yeah, they ignored that. They didn't deserve any kind of pity.
That's right they say a family what about their families what about the people they support don't take care of that they're going to lose their jobs and their families spoiled brats that thought of themselves only because they didn't think about their family at that time when they ruined other people's families thinking they weren't going to get caught
Imagine at a board meeting going "Wait, why Uchikawa terminated with Koilabo?" "Oh because the boss there was purposely absent on a meeting for playing golf" "... What?" "Oh and this same boss also being a sore loser and spreading rumours about Uchikawa" Wouldn't look good on your reputation there, huh?
That employee is so stupid, he made a big mistake, instead of be glad that the MC only reprimanded him without paycut, demotion, or even fired him, he tried to bring down his own company? That's not pride, that's just plain idiotic move, pride is when the MC reprimanded him, he stive to be better, that's pride, proving to the MC that he can do better
The moment Oyama decided to play golf over the business meeting, it was at that moment the contract ended or that Koilabo should have assigned someone else to handle the deals.
What a consequence free life he must’ve lived up till now. To treat subcontractors like that when your company, your LIVELIHOOD depends heavily on them is a clear sign that that arrogant moron is unfit to be a fry cook at McDonalds let alone someone who deals with other companies.
Both of them. I mean, trying to destroy your own company simply cause you're mad you got caught making a mistake? Being so petty, unremourseful, and lacking forethought.. What kind of example does that teach his kids? (Or future kids in the case of the fiancée)
Happy Friday! I’m Ferryn and I’m the female VA for this one! Thank you guys for stopping by and supporting the channel. I hope you guys have a great weekend!🎉
One guy ruined his whole career just because he thought he was better than everybody and do whatever he wanted just because he called himself an elite the other guy ruined his career because he let his pride get ahead of himself he got scolded for his mistake but instead of learning from me he cried like a little child that didn't get the toy he wanted and now they want us to have sympathy for them you put the hand that feeds you and now he won't feed you time to grow up
“Arrogance goes before ruin, pride goes before a fall!” too blind about their life choices which, without control, led them to there 😌 (the next time think about "do you really believe that they were going to let themselves be walked on without reacting?"😊 (but there will be no next times😈)
Honestly I think the former employee and Oyama definitely got off easy they should have been sued for false defamation and destruction of business but their family and loved ones cutting ties with them and having a hard time not being able to find work afterwards I say that's fitting karma enough 😂 and hopefully Ritsu and Nana will start dating soon those two make quite the team.😊
Yeah it makes no sense. It would make more sense if this was someone he didn't have previous feelings for but eventually did towards the end or if he had recently gotten out of a relationship. This just makes no sense but a lot of these MCs are weak to romance or taking charge.
@@Magicalkits It's taking too much Japanese anime in mind and not much realistic view points. This for all stories from all similar channels. Bit disappointing, but oh well.
i have a family well DON"T FK WITH YOUR JOB SECURITY especially when you work in a place where its nearly impossible to fire people unless they do something like that
So, what was that employee's end goal? Did he even think about it? If business took a hit, first course of action would be a restructuring. They would get rid of people who made big mistakes first. Then, if they continued to go downhill, he would eventually lose his job if he didn't in the restructuring. So, what was the plan?
Even in the 21st century, discrimination between these people in industry still looms in digital age. So i dont blame Uchikawa for his situation getting the harsh treatment because of oyama and tried to fabricate a story. Adding insult that he's a careless elite who spends time in golfing will get his reputation hit hard in shambles.
This Yale of revenge never ends well. If you’re frustrated then channel thst energy on improving yourselves. Especially Oyama. If you didn’t want to be in trouble then you should have found a solution to improve your performance without inconveniencing everyone around you. Think Oyama! THINK! Now look at yiu! Your cations are gonna get you fitted and then some.! You only made i5 worse for yourself.! Was it worth it? No sir.
"sub contractor": "A Person or business that CAN do what the person or company contracted to CANNOT do." Kinda stupid to look down on subcontractors ... especially a company that relies on them for something they cannot produce inhouse, and that no other company can provide. (a patented part, or design, or a high precision part or component others would have no way if making without expensive specialized machinery or equipment, for example.)
gotta ask ... WISE the MC calling SkAt Motors (as in "skat cat") ScOt (as in Scot Arbuckle) Motors? a "a" sounds NUTHING like a "o". 😳🙄 very disrespectful to a business oartner ore a "person" to call them by the rong name. 🤨

What a great boss. He really listens to his team and celebrates their achievements.

As for when Itsu confessed to Nana?
I think they want us to guess as to when that happened
Respect goes both ways, no matter who your dealing with!
that ending makes no sense. If he liked her earlier, then why would he suddenly back down?

Honestly leaving a cliffhanger like this is so messed up. Please finish the whole narrative
