    Thank you for all these videos! I lost approx 100 lbs about 20 years ago & have maintained since, but with really unhealthy habits. I gained about 20 lbs in the last year, started WW & lost it but I know I need motivation to not burn out! Your videos are so inspirational!

    I love this! So much better than meal prepping all at once. I agree that I get tired of the same meal, and this is a brilliant way to ensure you can track each component yet have the flexibility to create what you're in the mood for. Thanks for the info!

    Hi Nikki ! I love your videos, as you are teaching me so much ! I am a senior that never had a weight problem. However for the past five years or so I put on about 20 pounds. When the pandemic hit in March 2020, the isolation and loving my own cooking I put on another 10 pounds. Depression set in. None of clothes fit. I had no idea how to diet. A friend introduced me to WW, and reading through the app was very confusing. Thanks to your videos, I am learning to cook in a way that is sustainable. Plus I am learning about new products and where to buy them. Thanks for sharing your experience with us.

      I could have written your comment! I was on WW 25 years ago; kept the weight off, but when COVID hit I discovered how much I love cooking/baking. I too was depressed, clothes stopped fitting. I am now 2 month into WW and am losing just fine, however, while I am a senior, I am learning new tricks from Nikki also Good luck to you Teresa.

    Thank you for all your great suggestions and congratulations on your weight-loss! When I was watching this video though, I noticed you weighing the turkey burgers on your scale. If you want to put it in a bowl, but don’t want to include the weight of the bowl just press that left button where it says tare…
    you just put the plate or bowl on the scale and press that tare button and then it will zero it out with the bowl on it, then put the food in the bowl… This will keep the food directly off the scale and weigh only the food…just a suggestion lol.😊

    AH!!! I've been trying to figure out why you call it "two ingredient dough" when there are 3 ingredients but I just figured it out! It's only 2 ingredients if you use self-rising flour opposed to how you prefer to do it! Gaaahhh, that was driving me bonkers, lol!!

    • @kristinaswift8759
      @kristinaswift8759 3 года назад

      You’re not alone, it took me like a week of watching her videos before it clicked in my brain 😂😂😂 WW refers to it as 2IG dough in every single recipe but yes you’re right, she just makes her own self rising flour. And it’s delicious, I’ve been using it for everything since I found this channel!

    Can't wait to try the pita bread and buns. I LOVE your turkey burgers!!!! You are so creative in your cooking and you make it so simple. I have planned out 14 days of meals and have the points all calculated and they are foods that I like but just a tad modified to make them low points. This is SO DOABLE!!!! Thank you so MUCH!!!
