Hi. How about giving us some information about the insurance company hiring an inspector to take a video of the injured worker. Just to try to catch the injured worker doing something that he/she is not supposed to be doing. This is exactly what happened to me and it broke my case. In my case I was at a workers comp pcp. That’s something that the injured worker has to do by law. I have all these restrictions and didn’t have a car so I used their transportation. This is November 15 2021 when we’re dealing with Covid. They had me wait for 27 minutes for transportation. I was not able to wait inside. It’s my belief that they put a trap in order to get video of me. Really is that legal

Hi my name is David Ramirez. I was recently injured at work. I work for Albertsons Vons market corporation. I fell from the top of the freezer case about approximately 10 ft. I went straight to the hospital. Orthopedic said I needed surgery within 2 weeks. We're hitting the 2-week Mark on Saturday. Still have not seen an orthopedic. Is this anything your firm could help me with? I live in Victorville, California
