what is the hook shown under the bobbin that seems to hook on to the bobbin caseing My bobbin thread is not being picked up when the needle goes in to retrieve it. I have set the timing, changed needle, oiled, dusted, ... nothing is working.
Doug I keep getting auto restart after a few stitches, I called Lis she said to change my TB Delay to 0.3 from 0.1 then i watched her video and it suggested wrapping the thread around one more wrap Im did did not solve problem. Will you please help me.
It would be so much more helpful if you actually showed examples of poor stitches and then went to the machine and demonstrated how/where to make the tension adjustments.
