I have an hp envy laptop bu only detects 8GB ram oven if o put 16 when o run cpu-z program detects 16 but not the laptop or windows.. can be modified to use the 16GB is. DDR3 ram

What if the bios file is very small and corrupted, like 2mb (supossed to be 16mb). But i have the serial number of the laptop, could i still make my BIOS with serial number+manufactor bios? Thx.
No...it needs a complete backup file then only BIOS could be made.

You need to know the exact HEX address of the disabled bit...then it could be done... If you can get it then only it's possible...you can contact someone who is doing it..we are not doing it presently
