Yep that's a great point. Advance to now days they have raised stripes with grip texture and a stitching on the outside of the stripe which gives a better tactile grip for the quarterback as well as for the receiver to catch..
Nike was the first company who started putting stitches on the stripes ( maybe 2013?) that were made for them.
Wilson was the first company to have raised enhanced tactile Stripes about 2004.
Leather footballs have come a long way while still staying true to their roots.
this company right here has made an absolute advancement in the amount of quality balls they can put out in a short period of time while making a better product and a more personalized leather ball for each team.

Edit: just to clarify, I mean how other sports switch a ball mid game. For example, baseball switches the ball after each pitch, tennis uses a rotation of tennis balls that you keep in your pocket, and football occasionally switches out the ball after plays.

buddy you got to overinflate them, break them in. put leather conditioner on them brush them put the Wilson tack bar on them wipe them with a warm damp cloth and even throw some mud on there if you want...
The balls have gotten a lot better quality but if you used. nike a few years ago they were pointy. Most of those balls were not made by big game though and they were made in Vietnam..

afiq jaffarran it’s a very high quality ball, it has a great texture due to the real leather exterior, and the print is great. Honestly, you might be able to get a Nike or Adidas shipped internationally online, probably through amazon, or the company sites. This company makes most of the high end Nike and adidas balls.

The Nike ball is far superior they also have their own in-house company team issue which makes a damn good ball too and is sold mostly to high schools some colleges use them like Auburn Navy UAB etcetera

when Nike first started making their Vapor one they were pointy on the ends and shity but I got to tell you those balls were not made by the company depicted in this video big game sports. Big Game sports is an absolute homerun and have started making perfect Nike and Adidas footballs as well as their own in-house brand.
I gotta admit Wilson doesn't have anything Kick-Ass like colored laces and colored Nike swooshes with the team colors or stitches around the stripes for better tactile grip enhancement...
Wilson does have raised stripes and a couple new things though. I think the Nike balls look better no doubt and Big Game sports has kept up with the times producing a beautiful team logo and personalization with lace color and leather options. If you watch college games you will see 90% of the balls out there are Nike made by this company you just watched. the other 10% are Wilson and ( Adidas dime which this company also makes)
