Local Access Alerts are local activations of the EAS via the telephone input module on the EASyPLUS which allows for a direct call to be made between an authority personnel and the EASyUNIT, followed by the authority sending DTMF tones via the phone's keypad to encode an alert through the phone line. A local access alert would be live audio, AKA human. Therefore, using Text To Speech on this is invalid. In no way am I bashing this out, I'm just trying to provide some criticism for future reference.
