Love isn't all teddy bears and butterflies. Sometimes love is confronting a loved one about a bad habit that is destroying them, alcoholism, gluttony, drug abuse. The loving thing wouldn't be to just love them and let them do whatever the loving thing would be to do any thing you can to get them to stop and to help them no matter how offensive it may seem.

Yeah the second girl is in complete error. There are plenty of "Good" people out there who do not subscribe to the doctrine of Christ. To love you, I must also love your soul. If your soul is on its way to an eternal hell and I don't proclaim the gospel to you, I didn't truly love you. Just imagine when Jesus was kneeling down writing on the ground and asking the one woman where are all your accusers and then he did not say sin no more to her. A threat and a warning are two separate things. She’s not threatening to send anymore to hell, she’s warning others of it; as this a conviction of those who truly believe God’s word which included His great love and desire to reconcile humanity back to Him. This is why He has commissioned us to be like Christ and share the Full Gospel, which does include hell. If people choose to listen, amazing. If they don’t, no one, not even God is forcing them.

I think to some extent you need a balance of both, cause I have a habit of seeing someone in need and wanting to minister Christ to them immediately. I forget to show love and care for them as a person first. Like be their friend without seeing it as a mission. BUT non-believers will think you're shoving God down their throat when you're just talking about him. Like I don't consider God my religion but a part of who I am, actually all of who I am. When I talk about him, I'm expressing myself aren't I? This is also something I resonate with! Be their friend first, but not just to convert them. Jesus ate with sinners all the time to demonstrate His love, not just through preaching but also through building genuine relationships as well. I don't understand some of my Christian friends who think we can't even associate with non-believers unless they convert. The important thing is you know who you are and you stand firm in the Word instead of conforming to them. I learned a while ago that this makes me a lot more influential as a Christian rather than just keeping my distance, tut-tuting away.

If someone tells me there's a snake out in that area, I don't feel any fear whatsoever, because I'm not going to go where the snake is. There are different ways of bringing people to Christ, different ways work. Whether by simply 'letting your light shine' or directly spreading the good news. Yeah the second girl is in complete error. There are plenty of "Good" people out there who do not subscribe to the doctrine of Christ. To love you, I must also love your soul. If your soul is on its way to an eternal hell and I don't proclaim the gospel to you, I didn't truly love you. Just imagine when Jesus was kneeling down writing on the ground and asking the one woman where are all your accusers and then he did not say sin no more to her. Imagine Him saying "go do you boo I love you"..... No. He told her to stop sinning and that is what we're supposed to do for one another. And that is to be done with love and a humble spirit. the threat of “eternal damnation” argument is a pretty good one in my opinion.
A threat and a warning are two separate things. She’s not threatening to send anymore to hell, she’s warning others of it; as this a conviction of those who truly believe God’s word which included His great love and desire to reconcile humanity back to Him. This is why He has commissioned us to be like Christ and share the Full Gospel, which does include hell. If people choose to listen, amazing. If they don’t, no one, not even God is forcing them.

It’s amazing to think that some “Christians” still don’t understand that we are called to preach everything the Bible says and not pick and choose.
I think to some extent you need a balance of both, cause I have a habit of seeing someone in need and wanting to minister Christ to them immediately. I forget to show love and care for them as a person first. Like be their friend without seeing it as a mission. BUT non-believers will think you're shoving God down their throat when you're just talking about him. Like I don't consider God my religion but a part of who I am, actually all of who I am. When I talk about him, I'm expressing myself aren't I? Someone can have a whole page dedicated to football, music, a celebrity, clip after clip of a film they like...but the second I post about God I'm being forceful?

And looking cute on socials won’t matter, nor pride nor dignity. Nothing. Not popularity not vanity not impressing others , nor the past. Nothing. Nothing because there’s more to you than just keeping a “balance” learn to hear from God. Strip yourself from all you thought was important , and read the word of God, dive yourself into the gospel , drown in it, LIVE in it . God is so beautiful. All that matters is that we gain his favor and be a light for others . You should watch Todd White. I like his sermons they are good.
This is also something I resonate with! Be their friend first, but not just to convert them. Jesus ate with sinners all the time to demonstrate His love, not just through preaching but also through building genuine relationships as well. I don't understand some of my Christian friends who think we can't even associate with non-believers unless they convert. The important thing is you know who you are and you stand firm in the Word instead of conforming to them. I learned a while ago that this makes me a lot more influential as a Christian rather than just keeping my distance, tut-tuting away.

Not sure what the progressive Christian is talking about. The Pharisees knew scripture too, yet did not know the reality of who was standing before them. Jesus called them `the children of the devil`. People forget that the devil knows scripture as well. I don`t think she`s aware that Jesus spoke more about hell than he did about heaven in order to warn the people; that`s what love does, it warns. Also, does she even know what it means to be a good person? She needs to read about the life of Jesus, again. I hope and pray she`ll wake up to the truth.
The sad truth is that some of these "Christians" have received a false gospel and/or don't actually spend time in the word themselves, and if they do, they cherry pick scriptures that sound sweet, and avoid those scriptures that sound harsh that would pierce the hearts of even some Christians who are lukewarm.

Preaching to others can be seen as an act of love towards other people. Because as Christians, if we truly love others and don't want them to burn preaching the word of God and Sharing it to other people is what we should do.
There was a guy explaining things he thought was revealed to him by God in a dream. That person would get excited and use profanity. When he cursed and used God’s name, I told him God is holy. Profanity and God don’t mix. I’m cool with the guy, but I had to be truthful letting him know what he was doing, though sometimes the truth may hurt.. It’s better than a snake bite, right?

I don't know if this China lady expands on the analogy in this way, but what I think of is how different it is from "using fear" to make a conversion. If someone tells me there's a snake out in that area, I don't feel any fear whatsoever, because I'm not going to go where the snake is. The warning is, while still not to be taken lightly, not one of fear.
In her video, she doesn't use it as a "fear" to force. Here's the gist of the analogy:
- Let's say we're hanging out at my place and my dog needs to be let out, so I take him to the backyard. While I'm there, I notice a snake.
We're back in my room and you decide to go out to get some fresh air. I say "okay, have fun!"
You go outside, see the snake, run back in, and say "there was a snake outside!"
I say "I know".
What would your response be? If I loved you, wouldn't I warn you about the snake? -
She goes on to say that, no where in this analogy is she forcing any ideas onto her "friend". There is only a warning, and it's out of love
I pray she watches this and reads the comments and becomes convicted, new age Christianity is tearing people away from who God is so that he becomes unrecognizable. It’s more destructive than atheism.
