You cant walk 20 kms get a taxi for aru valley and betaab valley. Yes september is ok for travel with no restrictions

August 19 tak yatra hain Aur time reatrictions bhi jo humne video mein already bataya hain. Mausam acha hain no rain here.

It depends on what transport you choose private or public. Both places are almost equally far from Parimpora Bus stand. You will get a smart bus (Bus number 01) from lal chowk or dal lake uptown bus stand regular service.

Uber works through out the srinagar city and also you get bus, battery autos at every part of the city.

Pahalgam se shuru and baltal se utarna means Sonamarg se utarna hai aapko. these both are two different places and more than 200 kms apart by road. Srinagar is in middle of both srinagar nd pahalgam so yes you can leave luggage in srinagar.

Yes you have to come back before cut off time but things have eased now as its the ending phase of Yatra
