I admire your ability and determination to go solo. I was planning to do this trip solo, but I thought solo is not for me and I decided to take a group tour with a European travel agency. You can go to French, or Netherlands, or even Italian embassy to land in any Schengen country. By the way I am in Belgium, if you ever wander through here....😊

Explored the city on a solo trip back in 2017. It's quite safe for solo female travellers and very easy to navigate.
