    very good float tips,all of the TAFishing back catalogues show us in in-depth ways about floats, all i can say is go back and watch the video's from the start of TAFishing broadcast you guy's are truly awesome. oh and always wear a floatation device when rock fishing it could buy you time.

    great video ! love sliding floats use them myself all the time. only thing I would add is to use a bead between the sliding float and the weight as the weight will break the float over time otherwise.

    What I do when float fishing is to use a bead but pass the line through the bead twice so you end up with a loop around the bead then just set the bead to the depth you want, simple, job done

    Great video. I could do with some tips. went down to Devon last week and went sea fishing for the first ever time off the shore. I was using a lure to fish because the guy in the tackle shop said they would work. got a jelly sand eel type lure and a spinner. Went fishing a few times and caught nothing. I've only ever done like fishing with lures and never on a river or moving water. Not sure if I was doing something wrong or was told a load of crap so I'd buy the lures at the shop. I'll be going back down next month and would like to be able to actually catch something this time.

      Yes,you could either cube them up,or mince them fine and add either sand (to make it sink deeper) or bran.

    I have a tough question for you is there any particular reason why we do not have freshwater bass in this country as they do in America

    • @TAFishing
      @TAFishing  7 лет назад

      Many years ago I believe a lake in Dorset had them. I am guessing they were smallmouth Bass rather than Largemouth which when I fished them in America tolerated lower temperatures better.Don't know what happened to the Dorset stock though.

    • @TAFishing

      Depends on the area you fish.I personally like either early flood or from the top of the tide for two hours down.

    I like your videos but how did you not know there was a daily difference in the tide times?

    • @masterblob7196
      @masterblob7196 7 лет назад +2

      Yes it did seem a bit strange, especially coming from someone as experienced as Graeme.
      However what I think he means is that the tide sits at or around the high water mark for about an hour, before it starts to retreat rapidly (and vice versa).

    • @TAFishing
      @TAFishing  7 лет назад +1

      The "local" gave me the tide times,which were way out.He probably just made a mistake looking at the card and got his dates wrong.I should have checked myself, just thought the local would know better.
