I just had this one song. and I played it.
My DJM 600 mixer was from the Orbit, it's crazy to think, CJ bolland, Jeff mills, Dave Clarke, Joey beltram, Carl Cox, Sven vath James Ruskin, Surgeon and many more had all used it. It only had 2 channels that worked, I remember the day I got it, around 2002 I think, I had no idea it was used at the club until the bloke told me, that club was something else, what an era?! The best time of my life was going to Leeds, the Orbit, Stinky's, paradise club, the warehouse, the basement.
@@Jack-qz4sm the last dj to play the Orbit was c.j bolland...I was there...Ironically I wish it had been,Luke slater,sven vath,or Jeff Mills.to close such an iconic Techno venue.
@@Theorbit1993 I didn't know that actually. It was one hell of a club, I forgot the blokes name who I bought the mixer off. He was a manager I think, am sure he lived near roundhay park, I'm a big fan of Jeff mills too. I went 4 times in the late 90s, I lived abroad so didn't go as regular like my pals did. No doubt your ears were ringing at the end of the night, it sure was Loud in there!
