Ok, I have some onion, fresh eggs (we have chickens) no cream but we have some yogurt, spices, no sun dried tomato but some little grape tomatoes. I assume I could cook them down a bit so the egg bake would not be too watery. Also, we have garlic, some ham and fresh parm. Were it you, would you fry the ham on the side or put it in the egg bake? We have a recipe contest you should definitely enter ! Hope you don't mind, but we are definitely going to try your recipe in our test kitchen.

I cook that way also. A handful, a smidge, a drop. I have measured the same ingredients for many recipies over and over for many years and just know what a teaspoon full in my palm looks like for example (my scrupulously clean palm).
It’s a 10 star absolutely delicious you are my kind of chef thank you the only thing I did different I used the whole 6 oz Fage yogurt to my eggs they were very fluffy.

oh yeah....I've used mushrooms and even fresh tomatoes in plenty of egg bakes....I just add them early on when I'm sauteing the rest of the veggies...you definitely want to saute and cook out some of the water in ingredients like mushrooms, fresh tomato, zuchinni, or squash....otherwise the egg bake will be too watery

ha--I'm the king of overpowering flavors!--if you used just a 1/2 teaspoon of each I'd think that was pretty mild...the italian seasonings, cheese and sundried tomato will add a lot of flavor already,
yeah definitely....I'll often make an egg bake just using whatever I have in the fridge...kind of a mish mash...I like this particular combo 'cause it almost tastes like a veggie lasagna...great leftovers for a quick lunch or dinner

But I'm sure it would hold up well. It is very sturdy. I'd just use the crust in place of the noodles if I were to make it.
