@@1ntegrator I think targetting the Lord of the Nazgul was correct but some of the other things not so much. Frodo connecting on the 4th level of the ring put in work along with the mirkwood bats.
I was literally just coming down to say the same thing. Like when the one saga triggered and the trigger was copied but nothing went at the token deck... instead at the wraith deck thats behind or the other deck and its like....they aren't the threat.
When I saw scott cast ringsight at 9:32 I was for sure he was grabbing toxic deluge or something up that alley, he had nothing and the reset would have been very beneficial to him.
Threat assessment seemed weirdly poor in this game, I wonder if they'd played other games with the decks prior to this that influenced that? The second Mirkwood Bats hit the table, the food deck needed to be addressed. It would have been a solid value grab for Shelob's ability.
Just built a shelob deck myself and waiting for the cards to come. So happy to see her in action. My fav deck I have made is def the witch-king of angmar. Played ten games already. Love voltron

It was obviously an innocent mistake. I was just joking, mostly based on my experience that casual games tend to have a lot more of these types of uncaught mistakes than competitive games, probably because casual players just don't care as much about getting every single rule right, the focus is on fun and relaxation.

Man, the precons came with me deceptively OP cards. The Lord of the Nazgul is low key busted. A free 3/3 for every instant or sorcery is extremely powerful.
And then they blow up to 9/9s once there are 9 of them, it can absolutely go nuts. I built a version that has the available wraith cards and then cantrips/removal, I'm looking forward to testing it out soon.

@@funwithpete6683 I had a decklist, I can see if I can find it. I took the deck apart awhile ago but it was basically draw spells and a few cards that Gave my board evasion. I do remember it also being a little slow. But late game It would be dangerous. I did feel like it was too reliant on having the commander though to be fair. Just playing the Nazgûl was enough to hurt some people lol

As a Tom Bombadil player this was painful to watch. The bullying while leaving the token deck alone pretty much sealed the deal.
That was a hate crime on Tom the way he couldn’t just exist while the token deck was launching off

Really weird targets this game when it comes to whos a threat. The token deck had it whole engine going and nobody was putting up a fight with it

The Tom Bombadil hate was there in force. Got hit with by far the most pain while the food deck got to pop off uncontested

Gilded Goose was already on the battlefield. An ETB wouldn't trigger to make another food token.

The food deck QUICKLY runs away with games at our table, if it isnt the focus then we'll find ourselves getting drained before we know it.
