What a story and what a man. A great artist and a top top man proud to call him a friend. You say in your interview that's it best to get some hands on tuition but around here they are as rare as rocking horse 💩 so I have to continue the struggle on my own.

You are welcome, I have a Evo Silverline and a Infinity since 2008 (plus 2 more H&S and one Hansa) they still work as new more than 15 years later, yes, I protect them from any harsh condition/chemicals/paints and usually use a cheap chinese for that and anything that doesn't require the ultimate precision. Although I neither have the eye-hand coordination of Mister Robert nor his talent I am trying to get better everyday on the "trigger" (with only good intentions).
The simplicity, modularity, unparallel design/engeneering, finish, reliability...the list could go on, but everyone that has or had a Harder and Steenbeck airbrush know what I am talking about. G's Louise! This is getting too long and my lady is getting jealous...So, bottom line, its me as a user that should be thankfull. Thank you good people at Harder and Steenbeck

German absolute precision, quality and finish. Love the floating nozzle and the interchangeability...gives the possibility of changing needle/nozzle and nozzle cap throughout the whole spectrum of H&S airbrushes. The only brand in the world that does .15mm needle/nozzle setups. Thank you Mister Robert, thank you good people at H&S. Harder und Steenbeck❤ Uber Alles!

Thank you Rob, for sharing some of your story with us. You are a real inspiration to the rest of us on our journey with airbrushing. I, unfortunately, did not start with an H&S airbrush but the first medium priced air brush I bought left me with a feeling of something lacking, since I bought H&S I have not had that feeling at all, I think they are the best on the market at a price that is affordable.

Great to see Rob, it was his in depth review and demonstration of the Ultra 2024 that convinced me H&S is the brush company I needed to align with to move my painting journey forward... So glad I did.. the engineering is second to none

When will the Harder Steenbeck New 2024 Infiniti arrive?
Rob is a great artist and he's a nice guy too, very empathic (it shows in his work), painting his mentor's coffin? I'd have been exactly the same, such a challenge, so brave.
He's also given a lot to the hobby, the art, via You Tube, it's not easy working and making videos.
I'm a modeller and model painter (I've been lucky enough to have my work published and some featured on TV - people have been very kind in that regard). I'm almost too scared to go back to my artwork (aviation sketches) with an airbrush. Hopefully one day I'll find the time, energy and inspiration to be a proper artist.
If I'd had access to H&S airbrushes in the 1970s, I wouldn't have stopped airbrushing for long periods - those old ABs were so problematic and it was hard to differentiate from my own mistakes and the inadequacies of certain airbrush brands.
I greatly admire H&S, I've three H&S airbrushes, they listen to their customers, operate continuous improvement, deliver quality, ease of use and great value (I've tried most other brands, I still own a few, although I'm only a keen amateur, hopefully my experiences count towards genuine, informed feedback).
I used to weld and fabricate Rob, modern MIG welding equipment is readily available, have a go, if you need any pointers then just ask, or your local college should have an introductory course💜👍😊✌️
