Slai can you make a teir 9 tiermaker for rank and for normal games plz? Also if you want can you add a screenshot for a build for each ship and a commander build at least for the competitive and the op ones! If it's not too much of a trouble !

I’d be willing to hang out and do a tier 9 ranked tier list with Slai. I won’t speak for him but I do feel like having to edit a build and commander in for each ship would be time consuming for him. For a lot of ships in tier 9 for BBs and cruisers you can for a majority go dispersion, Propulsion and Concealment and then for DDs reload main battery reload, Propulsion and concealment.

I think if I were to do that I would do that on a stream so that ranked players can talk about ships and we can live rank it. I don't play ranked so I wouldn't be able to help much. I would also need to make sure I get all the icons around. Maybe if I have time at the end but right now, I'm getting quite busy.
