Just so you know the speedometer for yamaha bike is not tap from wheel speed, its from gearbox. I am quite sure it went over 180kmh since usually tuners will change the size of sprocket to a higher ratio to increase speed since YAMAHA bikes are speed restricted this way. I used to own one and I know it
Top speed is 180 kph because of limited gears, if the gears are tweaked or another is added then it'll easily climb 200 kph. It's not about top speed, it's about the acceleration. See how fast it builds up speed, that's what the turbo boost is all about.

There are many countries where not just anyone can ride whatever size bike they want to. Many countries restrict engine size for beginners and such. It's common now to turbo/supercharge these smaller displacement bikes in places like India and thailand

bhai turbo actually working...........but on road not possible.........i have karizma r 2008 it have crf 250 block it on road get (179km/h at 9500 rpm) so on dyno test it easily reach (230 km/h)....so that's why 150cc bike do 180 beacuse they put in dyno not on road

Therefore, more horsepower is required to overcome that drag. The stock top speed is around 130km/h on flat ground for the V2, so I'm assuming the top speed of this Turbo R15 V2 will be equal to or less than 150km/h. Stock gearing is 15/47. However, if the Turbo R15 ran 14/60 gearing then the top speed will match the stock top speed with far more torque allowing faster acceleration.
I have a friend that made 21.3hp out of that engine and he did it without forced induction but he had to port the head and things like that but it was 150cc (57×57mm) .What im trying to say is that your turbo is not working
I got a 150cc tops out at 70mph, standard gearing, richly carbed but it weight quite a bit, plus me (220+160lbs) and not smoking new/average 4cl/6cl sedans
It does not automatically mean added power increases braking distance, and some manufacturers use the same parts on many other bikes so they dont have to redesign everything, for example i had a yamaha yzf 750r and everything else except the engine was from 1000cc bike, and largest brakes manufactured for a street bike in -93. And whats the fun if it's not atleast a bit dangerous.
I'm not sure but my opinion the engine will collapse soon because if it's a real turbo. This engine is not designed for a tuŕbo. But appreciate the modification.
Pretty bad, I see it's only 7-8psi of boost. I'd make the plenum bigger and see what I could do to get the back pressure down. My drag 155cc made 50+whp at 22psi given it's a motor built for this. It's also pretty lean 14:1afr at 7-8psi. On pump gas we shoot for 11:1 afr. Now we're compound turbo and on e85 hoping to break the 100whp mark with 155cc. Wish we got the r15 in the USA so much better platform than what we have.

Anybody can share idea how to make FZ150i more top speed,not racing,just daily driver with long staright road,i had to face 34km straight road everyday before reaching small town where i work,In that straight line,i have been ashamed few times by older person who just riding smaller displacement CC especially honda 125 and 100 which is more faster than me,with 110km on meter,they can still pass with ease,i only win when i use my friend stock Honda naked 150 or stock naked Suzuki 150 which is more faster than stock Yamaha Fz150i..

Where is the 180 kmph? Any bike will do that with smaller rear sprocket when standing still. Doing it in life is harder with air drag.

Small cylinder doesn't generate that much heat... A bigger radiator and retuned thermostat does its job
