Totally agree with the singing voice! That’s the thing it isn’t about her singing not good, in fact she is talented, but singing also expresses a characters quality and the way she sings here is more on the aggressive and powerful side which doesn’t sound and expresses Snow White’s gentleness

100%, that's exactly what we're saying, she can sing so nothing to do with her talent at all, but it's not Snow.
I don't think they changed it for her, she doesn't have that much power, everything she said about snow white was because they already changed it and rachel can sing opera, i think they changed it for a more modernised song

Just in terms of everything she's been saying etc, it's come across like that but yes that's true.
Yes they obviously want to modernise these things a little too much if she can actually sing opera, would've been nice to have a little opera style though.
They are changing her character and including the meaning of her name. She will be called Snow White because she survived a snowstorm. Similar to The Little Mermaid, how that was altered for a modern character. As Disney has stated over and over again, it's a REIMAGINING of the classic.

In our opinion, that just sounds dumb 🤷🏾♀️ These things don't really work for disney and this is why.
Again we don't really have anything bad to say about the film, no major problems, just a case of waiting till it comes out 😌
all they are doing is making another version of a similar story, the point of a remake isn't about doing the exact same thing as before, they have to change a few stuff in order to be its own thing, plus it’s not like they are replacing the old version, they will still be there for you to watch, y’all are acting like they are just gonna disappear from existed and have the new one take its place, which it won’t, so y’all need to just chill
then they shouldn’t have made her dress look similar to the animated. That kinda looks like deceiving people that it’s the classic tale based on the animated where she dresses like Snow White animated but her characteristics are totally different…imagine that being done to your beloved character
@@an_0707 I said some things have to be changed, not the whole thing, you can’t expect everything to be the exact same, you seriously want it to be a shot by shot reimagining like they did with the Lion King, do you?

For us, a remake should pretty much be the same as the original, which they've done before. If it's stated to be a 'Live action adaptation', then we would expect quite a bit of changes to be made as that's pretty much in the phrase.
Again we have no major problems with this film, no expectations or anything, just nitpicking. 😌

100%, I think disney needs to be clear on their titles and go back to calling these films "Adaptations", that's clear to people that they will be adapting it and changing it.
In our opinion, it works when they stick to the original with minor tweaks and additions, when they stray from that, it can be a completely different film 🤷🏾♀️
@@iamchristian1129 I don’t think people demand a shot for shot either but the thing about this Snow White live action is they changed the whole character. Snow White embodies innocence, softness, yet assertive with her requests, is compassionate, and dreams of true love…those are a big part of what makes her Snow White. People aren’t closed off to changes but we can’t expect people to blindly just accept changes either when it’s clearly they are using Snow White animated’s outward looks yet makes her like a warrior princess when that’s not her. Nothing wrong with being a warrior or a female who leads like Mulan or Pocahontas but that’s part of their character and changing Snow White’s just indirectly says Snow White animated version was a weak type of female when it’s not.
They did good with the Cinderella live action which proves both our points! it’s not a shot for shot but it was true to the animated and the changes they made or added were supportive of the story or gives audiences more background or foundation of what we learned in the animated. I don’t know what happened to their recent live actions
There's so many problem with this movie that i can't find anything good about this trailer
And i can't see gal gadot as Evil queen because her delivery of dialogues were not good until now

Definitely agree in terms of Gal's delivery of the lines, parts where we're unsure, but then parts where she sounds alright lol.
