Quality is not there, material used completely zero, design zero, I think Ethiopia government should start to regulate this. Is real going out of hands. Even the rent in Addis is same thing. I see this over Africa mostly in Ghana, Nigeria and Ethiopia. I think These countries should learn from Kenya and Rwanda. Very terrible for investors
