Sabu on Ric Flair's Backstage Allegations

Sabu reveals some serious allegations about "Nature Boy" Ric Flair's backstage behavior over the years.
This goes well beyond the infamous WWE Plane Ride situation. Tony Atlas is one of the first people to speak publicly about these Flair stories in an interview with the MWF: Boston Wrestling series.
Now hear about what Ric Flair was allegedly most infamous for when the cameras off, backstage NWA and later WWF (World Wrestling Federation).
You'll hear a few stories where Sabu was there and witnessed these things first hand.
Sabu was one of the coolest wrestlers I’ve ever met. Super nice to my kids and very engaging .
Flair ain't even allowed near the actual Space Mountain ride.

They used to drug & pass around women. Then shave their heads, draw all over them in marker, and then dump them in hotel hallways.
I could go on & on. It was disgusting what "the boys" used to get away with, most especially ECW.
If you believe that, you're a naive fool. Countless shoot interviews that make it obvious that from illegal drugs to underage girls everything happened in ECW.
Doing drugs to please yourself and sexually harassing women are completely different, I’m not even saying that I think Flair is guilty, but you can’t compare them

Sabu is a great guy years ago in The ECW Arena he took me back to get pictures with his Uncle The Shiek I who turned out to be a great guy to me. God Bless Ed Farhat.
I loved The Sheik. I was there the night in Cleveland he took something out of his shorts and threw it in Johnny Powers' eyes to take the title from him. Every single star they had was on the bill that night...except for Pampero Firpo, for some reason.
I believe every word Sabu is saying. You can see in his eyes the angst & how sickened he is now realizing what all he witnessed.

❤ of money makes people forget, those that were there that will not admit it for they will lose their own. As well as those who run companies, who should have and would have been responsible for stopping it "willfully pack any notion of ever hearing" because they can be liable and lose their money.
Then you have the people who are friends, who don't want to be associated with knowing with ever being friends with someone who could do such things. In all that more his wife an interview won't blow up because all the people that can cooperate are silent or can be questionable

I completely agree with Sabu. I met Flair a few years ago in person and he was completely disrespectful to his fans. I lost a tremendous amount of respect for him that day. Great performer but absolutely terrible person! 🤷♂️

That shows you how society views pro wrestlers and wrestling fans. Just think about that. Most people dont care what happens to those people. The people who dont dismiss it dont care because its a favorite of theirs and that's OK if he does it. A pretty lousy stain on everything. Why do you think Vince wants to put all that behind to Sports Entertainment? Then think about those who dont want the change and why they dont want it. Then things become clearer.

On another note I met sabu back in ‘93 I think when he was at a promotion that was calling itself the NWA. He was quiet but super polite and when I got a Polaroid with his he pointed at the lights and I didn’t see him do that for anyone else.

Flair was only impressing himself. He did the same match everytime he got in the ring. He was ok on the mic with his promos but in reality he was what he was and knew it. Spiking drinks plausibly could have come out of the pro wrestling culture and went mainstream which is despicable legacy, then you have the bosses that tolerated it then in 1970's/80's, spanning to shape modern industry culture, again with tv leverage., Getting that modern inflation tv money.
