Amy Landino I'm a painter and I find the hardest thing can be just getting started. When I manage to do that, though, I can get into a zone where it becomes very easy to keep going. As far as what motivates me, I find watching biographies on artists or watching people paint, even if it's just a RUclips video, is very effective for me.
+Sara Makes Art Me too, getting started is the hardest. But recently I've noticed that if i keep telling myself as a joke that it is very easy, for some reason it becomes easier. I imagine my girlfriend telling me "You have got to do this for your own good, i know you can do it, take time off and don't regret it" and for some reason it reaches my core and i just do it.
What if I don't have an Instagram? Would Snapchat work for the book club? And what charities are you into or would like to be more into? Just curious because I have been thinking about motivating myself, and I honestly think doing something beyond me would be very motivating. Do you have any ideas?
I noticed, and I know it will sound like such a girl thing to say but I'm often less motivated during my periods. I mean I really wish I was that superwoman who doesn't care and who can accomplish anything whenever but... I'm not. So now that I've identified this as a pattern in my motivation, I block the days on my calendar (see how good of a student I am??) and on 2 particular shitty days, I just plan on doing easy stuff, with more recovery time and longer nights of sleep. That way, I feel less guilty and I'm even more motivated after. We have to be gentle with ourselves sometimes.... sometimes ! Thanks for the video :-)
You are amazing! Yes! I need to take your advice and plan my easy tasks for the hard days at the start of my period. I know when it's coming every single month! And I need to plan my go-getter tasks for ovulation when I feel particularly on point. Lol! Thanks Cecile
It is true. I have issues with this and depression being worse every single month. My doctor actually told me it's a real thing for some women. There's a definite pattern for me.
This is definitely a medical fact due to the cyclical nature of our female hormones. Sadly, we live in a male dominated culture that makes us feel like we're crazy or less competent when this happens (and tends to deny the existence). Good for you for embracing your body's rhythm and going with the flow!!
I'm totally with the "MOVE" tip. Even if I don't feel like it, I know that once I'm out I love to take a walk and I know that this simple action gives me a boost of energy. Then, I write a lot too (much more than usually) because I need to make clarity, and I like to plan because it gives me a sense of control. So i know that if I want really to recharge and relax I have to stay away from these things that do nothing but make me feel more stressed, tired and sad. Great thinking but for me it's sad and embarrassing to say but even taking a shower everyday has been hard for me I have 0 motivation untill now that I am at least trying to learn how to keep moving keep on pushing and motivated to accomplish even the little things just to make myself happy and feel a little more peace and strength but trust me it is so much easier said than done for someone like me but I know God will give me the motivation and strength mindset and faith I need to succeed 💯
Usually in an on-going funk I prioritize a LOT of sleep for 3 or so nights. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. And knock it off with the coffee. Coffee dependence can get me in a real lull. By day 3 or 4 I'm guaranteed to feel better. Thanks for starting this conversation, Amy!
I realized today that nothing is forcing me to constantly be productive and just go, go, go. We don't have to be efficient in any way and it's our life, we can do with it whatever we want. I am a person who wants to achieve without end, constantly. This idea, that I have the same worth, independent of what I produce or achieve, really helped me. Sometimes when I am not motivated what helps me is to just do it anyway, and the motivation comes on its own. Sometimes though it's time to rethink. Is this really what I need, or am I doing it because I think I should?
Thank you! You have no idea how much I needed this right now. Life’s been crazy, and I decided to take a week off of posting to get my head together. It’s good to be reminded this is just a thing we all deal with, and as always I appreciate the thoughtful tips!
+JDMB in CLE Sometimes i call it the "3 o'clock out of school time", when the bell rings, forget about school, run home with friends to watch your favorite tv show, because it energizes you, it's a lot of fun, makes you feel alive, that we ain't robots.
Perfect Timing! I was feeling less motivated lately and didn't know how to get back on track. What worked for me is writing down the one thing I could do and just started doing it(continue working on my book). I worked for an hour and that was the push I needed.
Amy, you are wise beyond your years. Your tips are so helpful. And I like your perspective on stopping to check in with yourself to see if you're off kilter or just need to slow down and rest a tired mind and body and then apply the balm that is called for. No need to beat yourself up over it. Thx! Awesome, awesome.
Recently when I feel a lack of motivation, I watch your videos whilst doing the laundry, cleaning or cooking and end up so super motivated I have a creative frenzy x
I didn't realized how much of a slump I have been in until I watched this video! I needed ALL of the tips. I literally took notes. The biggest aha-moment for me is that my "moments of relaxation" are only good for me if they FUEL me. Checking out of reality to watch something or sit on social media only leave me feeling more drained, therefore it cannot count as proper resting time. It's just me being unproductive. I am now going to get my butt MOVING, and start with some small wins to build momentum. Thank you!
I sometimes clean my stuff when I'm feeling down. I just didn't realize that it's what helps me get through it while still doing something. Thank you, Amy.
I used to process this negatively. (Still do honestly) always Judging it. but through meditation I am learning they are just feelings. They do not represent who I am or what I want. It helps.
Totally can relate to the writing stuff down just to get it out of your head! And I'm a notes on my phone person too... this video hit home in so many ways. Thank you.
Thanks Amy! I’ve been feeling like this a bit recently which I now recognise is a sign I’m burnt out and being pulled off course by people and projects that aren’t aligned with my vision. What I find helps me (besides reviewing my commitments and politely getting out of those I shouldn’t be involved with) is indulging in some learning, like an online course (especially one with some kind of certificate, for the accomplishment feels) or getting offline and doing something crafty, making something with my hands, cooking. Thanks for the insight to your motivation as well, as it’s easy to look at others (you) and assume they’re always on and motivated.
I know this comes to you late in the process but I am a Special Education Teacher in Alabama and it is our last day. I have a LOT to get finished. No motivation and this was a suggestion for me today. WOW. I needed it. I have been following for some time and love your spirit. Thank you for helping me today!
I allow myself to be in the moment. Like at work, I hit a wall most days and I don't want to do any work. So I go outside and chill at a near by park and allow myself to be. It really motivates me by reminding me that life isn't always about working hard and sitting in front of a computer. Love this video!
I've been working intentionally for several weeks to pare down in my life. As a high achiever, I had way too many obligations, projects going, commitments, etc. It has felt strange to have down time but I feel like it's given my brain space to breathe. Besides, my version of down time is still very limited tv or veg time. It has actually meant more reading, more creative projects strictly for fun, and lots of decluttering. I can relate to every example you gave in this video! So glad I found your channel a few months ago!
It’s like you read my mind. Really need to hear these things. I’ve been slumping lately, fighting myself, feeling guilty, and then feeling even less motivated. I’ve also noticed a pattern of this happening when I skip writing in my bullet journal for a couple of days. Breaking that puppy out now.
I really struggled with these feelings before but I knew they weren't all of the time and usually happened around a certain time of the month. I educated myself about it and can actually plan for these moments. All of what you shared is wonderful and something I have already made changes in my life and have learned to accept. I don't feel that guilt anymore and giving myself that time gives me that creativity later. Thank you for this! ~Nikki
Amen! I feel the same way and like you said it tends to happen at certain times or even when I've had certain "triggers" go off. But if I can let go of the guilt and accept that I'm having a "low" day, then I don't beat myself up and know I will feel better tomorrow.
AJ Life Hacks I did a video about this topic not too long ago and I linked an article I got my information from, very informative. I believe I named the video Our Monthly Moods.
Wow! Everything you've mentioned I've found myself doing this week! I was wondering if they were productive but now I realized they were needed. Thank you for the encouragement!
When I'm not feeling motivated to make content, I play some non-competitive games for fun and take a nap. And get some good food, that really improves the mood. Usually those 3 are enough to re-tune my brain to get stuff done for the next few days without feeling burned out. I try to take a break like that every 4-5 days.
Wow...we all seem to be in the same boat here and experiencing a funk. And we all need to know that it's normal and ok. We are human! I tend to think it's our body and brains way of saying slow down, step back and take care of yourself. And then the creativity starts flowing again when you've cleared your head! Love it!
OMG I needed this video right now with my finals coming this week! When I'm less motivated I'm watching videos (yours often) or I listen to podcast on spotify (Tony Robbins or Oprah mostly)! I love your channel, always good tips to have to have a beter/ more balanced life 😘
When im overwhelmed about work, because i'am an entrepreneur too and sometimes you have to keep working even if you feel like you can't, I give me treats in some way over the week like having a nice dinner on my favorite restaurant, or watching my favorite movie while I have to work at night at the house. That helps me allot to keep me motivated and keep getting shit done. Love your videos and have been very useful for my productive routine!!!
Amazing video (like all of yours)!! Reflecting on my lack of motivation I noticed that I exercise until I feel exhausted, that has helped me a lot. Thanks Amy.
Thank you for differentiating between TV binge days and procrastinating. There are some days when you just want to crash and do something that doesn't require effort, and binge watching is consuming a story in an easy way. However, when you let the TV become all you do, it starts interfering with attaining your goals. I hear so many people talk about the latter without mentioning the difference, and I was surprised to see a person who talks so much about self-motivation (even someone as awesome as you!) mention that TV can be a good thing to not beat yourself up over if you're doing it in moderation. That's a thing I have a lot of trouble with: I'll watch a show and then beat myself up for it and feel worse than when I started! I'll keep working on it, but also try to differentiate my me-time like you talked about. Thank you!!
You are right! I like to do my laundry whenever I wanna get lazy or feel less motivated ! And I like how the clothes are clean and smell good. It just makes my mood better :)
Lack of motivation often comes from not feeling like the tasks you have set for yourself are achievable and that you don't have enough energy to accomplish them. I find that that it helps to lower my standards and set smaller, more achievable goals. Done is better than perfect!
I absolutely love you and all the things you do to help us make the most of our lives. At the beginning of 2018 I started seriously looking for ways to improve my life and eliminate excuses for why my life wasn't making me happy. I decided to finally DO something to make my life one that I was happy in. So I did, and shortly after making that decision I found you. I cannot express how thankful I am for your work and encouragement! When you asked what we do to get through motivational lulls, my first thought immediately went to listening to you! On days when I felt discouraged or when I questioned if someone "like me" could ever have the life I've always wanted I would find your channel and let auto play take over. Thank you for everything! Ps, I'm soo excited for the book club! What a great idea!
This video sparked something inside me. Thank you so much. Me and my husband are having hard time reaching our goals, finishing projects and we are feeling very discouraged about this lately. I will be re-watching this video with him tonight so we can talk about it, take notes for future reference when things will be hard again. Thank you again, you made a difference :)
I’m experiencing one of those days today! Your video helped me to relax without the usual guilt, and I already feel better! Thank you and God bless you!
Wow!!! You and I are insanely similar. All of it. Personal development, cleaning or getting body moving when I'm feeling unmotivated. Thank you for posting this. Sometimes, after almost 20 years of working from home, I don't realize that so many people experience these things. Thanks for posting.
I had a slump time like that a month ago, and then I went on a cleaning spree while binging your videos 😁 All of these are helpful. I try to do things other than work that I always put off and it makes me feel good at the end of the day.
When I’m unmotivated I love a quick 15 or 20 minute walk while listening to a podcast. Some of my favorites are the Chalene show, the I heart my life show, she means business, and happier with Gretchen Rubin.
The tips were helpful. As usual. Love listening to your honest opinions. You’re my friend in my head who gives me a kick in the butt and sarcastic comment when I really need it. And PS I LOVEEE the book club idea!!!!
It's scary sometimes how you post a video just at the time I need it. I've been struggling with motivation at work. I think I need some relaxation! Love the idea of the actionable book club! Can't wait. Thanks for all your great advice.
Motivation is all a mind set. Get in the habit of doing the task right away when you’re unmotivated and you will get motivated every time you are unmotivated haha. Thank you for this video. Thank you for adding value to the world.
Sometimes i flip the channels on TV to distract myself, or go ahead and watch a tv series that i have been putting of, basically what you said, chores or stuff that has nothing to do with my problems or work. Those "i am wasting time" are moments i choose that make me happy, because me being happy energizes me to come back stronger.
I often watch your videos, or just have them on in the background, when I'm feeling unmotivated. :) It gets me into a better frame of mind most of the time.
Can I follow up on the calendar blocking? I've always done the color codes but the idea of creating separate calendars for types of tasks never occurred to me until I watched your video, and it eliminates like 3 steps and is amazing! And the time cubes are amazing! I've been doing 10-minute free writes and its so great to not be distracted by a big timer or phone right in front of me. It also helped me jam out a long music arrangement in only an hour and a half! YES! Thank you for your wonderful insights as always. :)
This video just came to me in the right time. It's being hard these last weeks. A lot of things to do and I am not feeling motivated. In fact, watch your videos is a inspiration to me to keep doing my stuff. Thank you, Amy!
This was perfect timing Amy because I’m literally having one of those days and I really appreciate you saying that it’s ok because I was feeling really anxious about the lack of motivation I’m having today. I’m always on the go and so I am just going to enjoy this day as a quiet day at home to do simple things around the house like ironing and catching up on the things I’m usually trying to fit in around everything else. Also I’m so excited you’ve chosen to do the book club first. Can’t wait to get started. ❤️🦋
All of what you shared is brilliant and it really is something that I can work on. Being a hands-on Affiliate Marketing business owner, these things are unavoidable and because of that, I make it a point to make a quality time for my self just to get that creativity back on track again. Thanks, Amy! This is so helpful.
For some reason fixing my demotivation periods is always linked with working out and more skin scare I guess that’s how I take my mind off things...but honestly thank you for this video, such a relief to know I’m not alone in this
Thank you so much these were really helpful tips. I try to do something I like when I'm not motivated and usually I feel inspired to do what I need to if I'm taking care of myself (for instance making sure I make time for me time). Lol
i was feeling super unmotivated. i have this whole thing but cant really do any of those and i was feeling helpless and didnt know what to do . Then i came across this video, and it was like you knew how i was feeling and was suggesting everything. like all your other videos this video also helped me greatly. Thank you so much.
I'd binge watch dramas that could provide insight to me and so it helps me relax n have the break I need and at the same time inspirations, ideas or learning's will come to me thru the drama!
Funny- I’m doing laundry as I listen to this! I have BIG trouble with this concept, and every time it helps to look for answers in other sources, like you mentioned. Example, reading Crushing It (on your recommendation, actually) got me considering a new direction for action with my RUclips channel. I’m also writing a self-help book, and sharing my ideas with friend who I was on vacation with recently helped me see it from a different angle, which gets ideas turning again. Again, I’m no black belt with this issue, procrastination rite hit me HARD, so thanks for making a video on it!
Thanks Amy I needed to hear this today :) Mostly the reminder that down the road there is a better day -- just needed so much motivation today - thanks
Melissa Mermaid - I LOVE that! I know I always feel more energized after a walk. I’m super drowsy now and got shit to do; guess I better go take a walk! 😉 I went outside today a little before 6am and I loved the silence and the calm energy of the morning. I have such a bad habit of dozing off sitting up at night, without putting myself to bed- and I won’t do so until the sun is coming up; when I should be getting up! Today, I get to go to bed early, get up early and enjoy an early morning walk; especially, now that it’s no longer cold and rainy! I am going to make sure I start this week and Monday right! 😃
My life has been sort of tumbling apart recently, but this really helps me feel better about where I am. I took a whole day to do basically nothing (even though I had 1 job interview and scheduled 2 other interviews). But I've decided that I'm ok that I did that today.
Thanks for the affirmation to stop beating ourselves up in the lull moments. You had a post on IG recently that said something like, "Even in the mess, you can still be progressing." Not the exact words, but it was this sentiment. In my most recent lull episode, I found other things I preferred to do that made me feel like I was still progressing, just in a different area of my business. I learned new tricks to help boost my future photography and video creations which caused insurmountable giddiness.
I'm really glad that you didn't just say "just do it even if you're not motivated". A lot of self help community insists that motivation is sh*t and you just have to do things even if you don't feel like it. And according to them, by forcing ourselves to do it, we'll just start to feel like it. I see their point, but it's not that simple. The need for relaxation, or healthy procrastination, writing down things and still stimulating your mind etc, these are things I discovered myself and they really kind of work. Anyway, let me continue watching the vid. I'm only 5 mins into it. :D
Great video Amy! I get in these ruts quite often. I'm also thinking about starting a mood tracker and then a why section in my bullet journal. Hopefully this will help me identify when those lows are and what is being triggered whether it's just a normal it's been hectic I need to chill type of day or whether it's my anxiety and/or depression being triggered.
This actually happened to me last week - what actually helped was forcing myself to do small productive things like doing my laundry/washing the dishes/cleaning up the apartment. Even thought I didn't want to do those things, they helped me get back into the groove of things. While I'm not back at 100% yet, I'm definitely feeling a lot better - and videos like these really help too!
Amy I love this video. I already love your channel for all your motivation and tips etc. but it's good to hear you say that we can't all feel super-pumped all the time. And yay for relaxation without the guilt of feeling like we 'should' be being productive. I'm a freelancer too so I hear you on that! I am so down for the book club too so will look forward to starting that.
YESSS BOOKCLUBS ARE MY FAVOURITE!!!! I've always been part of book clubs but somehow university readings took care of that part of my life very quickly (I take Theatre and Psychology, there's a line that must be drawn for how much reading one can take...). I'm so excited and I've quite a good chunk of free time up my sleeve this summer, so AHHHHH ok I'll stop screaming now.
It has been hard for me to learn that I need to allow myself to relax. I am something of a workaholic myself. I used to feel massively guilty about taking any time for myself because it meant that I wasn't working on my writing career or building the law firm or taking care of the house. However, I also know that it is essential. So I completely agree that it's best not to make yourself feel guilty for resting and relaxing. The book club sounds great too! I'm getting used to Instagram so I will be sure to follow you. Thanks for the good advice as usual. I always look forward to your videos.
When I´m less motivated I think about what I am going to do after the task, it keeps me motivated to think about something fun that is going to happen.
OMG; woman! It’s like you are in my head! This is exactly what I am gonna through, currently. It’s been a super frustrating spot I’ve been in. Granted, part of it is due to chronic fatigue from a hormone imbalance, which, I am working to solve; so, not entirely my fault.. However, I get to take responsibility and figure out how to take action effectively, until I am able to get my health on track; it’s about working smarter- not harder. 💛
Amy, thank you so much for this video! ✨ When I’m less motivated I usually stop doing a task or something else and just take 5-10 minutes to relax and listen to motivational music (or I think podcasts, it’s great idea!). 🔥 And your thoughts about monthly book reviews on Instagram are definitely amazing! 😌 So I’m looking forward to the 1st book you are gonna advice. Thank you for this video again! 🙏🏼
I really needed this. I’m so unmotivated in certain areas right now. To get through these times I allow myself to sleep Bc I usually don’t sleep more than 4-5 hour a night (insomniac) and I watch motivational / planning videos
I’ve literally just been noticing how many bloggers and vloggers I follow are experiencing burnout-all their content is the same or repeated and they just seem tired and unenthusiastic. Selfishly happy to see it happens to the big guns!
Amy, You're amazing. I have a mental health channel here on RUclips, and I hustle HARD. Part of what I do is teach people how to get out of funks, but i beat myself up when I get in one. This weekend, I've just wanted to relax and spend time with my son, and then I feel guilty for not being productive. I needed to see this video today. It actually motivated me to actually do some stuff tonight as my son winds down for the evening. I'm super glad my friend Cayla (pankobunny on RUclips) introduced me to you...now, I just need to do the calendar blocking lol. Anyways, I'm your newest biggest fan. Keep up the awesomeness
This may sound strange or not, but I do yoga. It's not a hard workout, but it gets my blood pumping. Afterward, I feel motivated to get things done. It's a new find. I haven't been doing it long, but I'm really enjoying it.
When I'm less motivated I watch your videos. You are really inspirational and thanks for all the effort to make this video. sometimes we just watch videos and comment and then watch another video but we never say thank you to motivate the people who make the videos. Thanks, Amy Schmittauer landino for making this video .
I recently found that shaking up the routine can help. I'm a writer and I usually do all my writing on the computer, but I've been struggling to get through the most recent draft of my novel. Just going through slow as molasses. So I decided to see what would happen if I wrote things out the old-fashioned way. And I forwarded through the rest of the chapter. It was great.
Omg it's like u literally read my mind. This morning I was thinking of youtube searching how to get motivated when you feel lazy and the tonight u upload it. Loved it and thinking I might do the whole book club thing. Love ur videos xxxx
My go to re-motivator is to grab my phone or computer and pull up a really good TEDTalk and a healthy snack (my favorites are butter-alternative popcorn, or tortilla chips with fresh salsa). It's a nice short little break for my brain from the work, and yet is still semi-productive (depending on the talk). I usually bounce back and am ready to work afterward. If that doesn't work, getting in some housework while I dance around to my favorite songs really seems to help too.
These moments HAPPEN! It's all about how you get through them. They do not define you. Who's pushing through with me?
Amy Landino you are always amazing! Thank you for your videos
I definitely have these moments, especially when I'm trying to balance school with creating videos! Great video, thank you! -Makenna
Amy Landino I'm a painter and I find the hardest thing can be just getting started. When I manage to do that, though, I can get into a zone where it becomes very easy to keep going. This video literally came out when I needed it. Thank you Amy
I realized today that nothing is forcing me to constantly be productive and just go, go, go.
We don't have to be efficient in any way and it's our life, we can do with it whatever we want.

YES!! A BOOK CLUB!!!
Yes! When I am out of my routine I can get less motivated. It's amazing how our habits make or break us!
Amy , I just found your channel , so glad I found you!! Love all the positivity and self reflection in your videos ...much needed! ❤️
Thank you!!
I am SO excited for this book club!!
I will do something hands on, either cooking or painting. I agree with getting up and moving.
I love reading!!! So exciting!!!
Your videos are addictive!!! ❤️ thanks
Love this. Needed it!! Love watching people who inspire my own content
This was made for me today
What action has it inspired?
The tips were helpful. As usual. Love listening to your honest opinions. You’re my friend in my head who gives me a kick in the butt and sarcastic comment when I really need it. And PS I LOVEEE the book club idea!!!!
It's scary sometimes how you post a video just at the time I need it. I've been struggling with motivation at work. I think I need some relaxation! Love the idea of the actionable book club! Can't wait. Thanks for all your great advice.
Exactly what I needed right now. Thanks so much, Amy!
I also listen to podcasts when I feel low or lacking motivation. :) Thanks for this video Amy!
Motivation is all a mind set. Get in the habit of doing the task right away when you’re unmotivated and you will get motivated every time you are unmotivated haha. Thank you for this video. Thank you for adding value to the world.
Really needed this today. Thanks for all the tips -- and for the practical, compassionate advice. :)
Love the idea of a book club, I will be looking out for it!
Yesss! The separate calendars thing was SUCH a timesaving tip - and it makes calendar blocking so much easier and enjoyable now.
SeeKaysee Hi, I'm trying to figure out the separate calenders tip. Are you using Google calendar? Any advice on what you did?
This video just came to me in the right time. It's being hard these last weeks. A lot of things to do and I am not feeling motivated. In fact, watch your videos is a inspiration to me to keep doing my stuff. Thank you, Amy!
Stop being so amazing...thank you!
I totally agree with this! You need to make time for yourself too. Everyone needs that. Work hard and have fun.
Lol
Great tips! I always find myself vacuuming when I'm in a crappy mood! It feels great to have a clean rug!
i was feeling super unmotivated. i have this whole thing but cant really do any of those and i was feeling helpless and didnt know what to do . Then i came across this video, and it was like you knew how i was feeling and was suggesting everything. like all your other videos this video also helped me greatly. Thank you so much.
You look gorgeous! Love this makeup look on you!
I'd binge watch dramas that could provide insight to me and so it helps me relax n have the break I need and at the same time inspirations, ideas or learning's will come to me thru the drama!
This is just what I needed . Thanks Amy
I am super excited for the book club! I've always wanted to be apart of one and here it is!
You talk like I am in the room with you! I love it :) Thanks for the ideas!
Thanks Amy I needed to hear this today :) Mostly the reminder that down the road there is a better day -- just needed so much motivation today - thanks
I swear when I’m unmotivated I know my go to thing is to just take a walk!
Melissa Mermaid - I LOVE that! I know I always feel more energized after a walk. I’m super drowsy now and got shit to do; guess I better go take a walk! 😉
I went outside today a little before 6am and I loved the silence and the calm energy of the morning. 😃
That's such a good idea! Mine is to organize something.
Thank you for this video. Looking forward to the book club.
Love your videos. thank you for making all of them. This one was definitely needed
I remind my self of why I was dining the homework, chores, extracurriculars, etc. That’s what I do when I feel less motivated.
When I'm less motivated you can really see it on my room. So when I want to get motivated againi deepclean my room.
Love your videos:)
I so needed this video !! Definitely taking the time today to clean up my space so i can feel more motivated
Minimalist Health ohh i will check it out !
I'm so excited for the book club! I've loved your book recommendations so far!
Amy, thank you so much for this video! ✨
When I’m less motivated I usually stop doing a task or something else and just take 5-10 minutes to relax and listen to motivational music (or I think podcasts, it’s great idea!). 🔥
And your thoughts about monthly book reviews on Instagram are definitely amazing!
Listening to this while meal prepping!
This is exactly what I needed right now!
Can't wait for your next book. I know it is going to be good!
I put up a whiteboard a while ago. Definitely helps.
